Dr Moon and Wendy are the absolute best. They have provided care for me my disabled daughter and my sassy teenage granddaughter responding respectfully and providing outstanding care across the generations. We have used thus facility for several years.Always a positive experience

Terrible customer service. The staff is extremely rude really just the same one every time! I will never go back. It’s a shame because Dr Moon is a great doctor.

Don't bother. It says they are open but can't get prescription glasses and they won't tell you when it will open again.... Walmart sux

Wonderful staff, from Lisa and Wendy at the front to the professionalism of Dr. Moon in the back! All of the employees are interacted with were polite and friendly. Even when they had to deal with stressful situations they kept their calm and were very polite! They did all that was within their power to help me. It’s been a long time since I had my eyes checked. Recently I have had bad headaches and Dr. Moon was incredibly helpful. Her staff were so sweet in helping me pick out attractive and affordable frames. I will be recommending this wonderful establishment!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I had a eye exam almost a month ago and was told they would order trail contacts for me and the would complete my perception. They said they would call me when in. After a week and a half I stopped in because I had not heard from anyone and the lady I talked to looked in my file and could not find where they were ordered and told me she would check into it and get them ordered and let me know. After another week or so I had to call them again to see status and was told yep there on order must be back ordered or something and told "yeah it happens we'll get a hold of you when they come in" and basically dismissed. After another week to week and a half I once again called a little upset say this is ridiculous that no one has been calling me and that they don't know where my contacts are, I run a business myself and know there is a way to check on the status of s backordered product and suggested this to the lady that said she was the manager I believe her name was Lisa, this is in the Tawas City location. She continually interrupted me asking if I was finished. I asked to speak with the doctor to get my perception finished so I could order them myself and was told no that they are on order and that Lisa would call me before her shift ended at 12 pm this past Saturday 4/13/19 and wouldn't you know it I NEVER received a call. This is very poor service and they are holding my perception hostage basically. I paid for the service and have gotten nothing but the run around and now am stuck continuing to wait until they contact me. I would appreciate a response from someone ASAP with a answer and either my contacts or my perception that I have already paid for. I don't see a main contact location anywhere, somebody owns this company and I want and deserve to be contacted with what is going to be done about this. I know a lot of people in my community and will tell everyone I know not to shop with this company! Very disappointed!

Staff is friendly, knowledge and will help you adjust glasses even if you didn't buy the frames from them.

My disabled wife, who has physical, cognitive, and vision disabilities from a stroke, went in for an adjustment to her glasses. We have had her glasses adjusted there on several occasions in the past. However, the customer rep we usually see was not working that day. The rep we worked with was abrupt, rude, and unwilling to take the time to understand my wife's special needs. This is the first time we have been on the receiving end of discrimination due to age and my wife's disability.

My experience with this place sucked. I broke my frames and need help. I called everyday to seek help. The staff did not even attempted to help me with my problem. Very poor service.
