Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! My wife and I were visiting the area and we're heading back home. Two miles south of tawas, our vehicle over heated. We let it cool off and then slowly drove it back to town. We pulled into Muffler Man and explained what had happened. Within 10 minutes, the crew had it inside and were checking it over. Bad radiator. These guys were able to find one, install it and get us out the door within about 3 hours!! And the price wasn't all too bad considering all the work they had to do. We were able to finish the 2.5 hour drive back home with no other problems. And they did this while numerous others were dropping their vehicles off to get worked on. This shop is amazing!! The staff were friendly and very helpful!! Highly recommended! And thanks again for getting us back on the road!!!!!

I had my exhaust, brakes, and rotors done on my 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500. The owner and his crew did an amazing job. I did not want my exhaust too loud, but I did not want it too quiet either. I let the owner and his crew basically have free range with my truck and it turned out amazing. I couldn’t thank them enough. As for my brakes and rotors, it was a quick easy fix for them. They even put the heavy duty brakes and rotors on and they feel perfect. I would strongly recommend the Muffler Man of Tawas to everyone who would like to do any modifications to their vehicle or needs any repairs. They had really good hospitality and go above and beyond for their customers. Overall it was a great experinence. 10 out of 10!

As a female, dealing with mechanics has always been overwhelming to me. Not at Muffler Man. They respect me and they always do an excellent job at a great price. Mike, Will and Dan are all super easy to deal with. I truly feel like they go over and above to serve our community with integrity.

I was in a bind getting a full set of LT truck tires installed. They helped me out same day. I am grateful because all the other shops were booked. Mike fit me in bless him and his crew. He has many sales and good deals. I recommend his shop.for all your automotive needs.

As a woman im nervous about going somewhere to get work done and getting taken advantage of. The guys here are super professional and transparent they will take you in the back and actually show you what's wrong. It's hard to find a honest, affordable shop. I'll for sure be back for any work I'll need in the future. 10/10 would recommend
