Having to bid farewell to my membership due to relocation, I feel compelled to share my exceptional experience with this gym. This gym stands out as the epitome of well-equipped fitness centers. Boasting an extensive array of machines and equipment catering to every conceivable muscle group, it leaves no fitness need unmet. Hot showers, pristine bathrooms, a variety of protein snacks and drinks and even readily supplied disinfectant spray bottles and towels for anyone to use. I rate this gym a perfect 10/10 and commend the staff for their outstanding customer service. Should my travels lead me back to East Michigan, I eagerly anticipate revisiting this gem of a gym.

This is a really great gym and they even let you pay by the day if you are visiting Tawas! They also sell really nice equipment.

Bought an ebike and it was a great experience. No pressure, let me test ride bikes, answered questions and was very patient. All the employees that we spoke with were very pleasant.

Extremely unprofessional, owner promotes steroid usage has a short fuse with customers. He’s very estrogenic be careful.

Absolutely love this gym. They have everything for everyone! From all the free weights you could ask for to all the conditioning equipment you could ask for...Super clean, friendly and veteran owned. Better than most you'll find "downstate."

I get day passes here when visiting my cottage. This is a great gym with top notch equipment suitable for a pro bodybuilder. My only gripe is that it closes too early, 2pm on the weekends.

We go here when we are vacationing at our cottage. Love this gym more than our gym at home! They have EVERYTHING you could ever want in a gym! My husband loves the boxing equipment! $10 for a day pass is WELL WORTH it!
