We were in a minor accident and needed a tire rim for our 120 mile ride home pulling our fifth wheel. Bill (parts dept) found one and had it delivered within 24 hours. Melisa (service dept) made arrangements to have rim installed as soon as it arrived so we could depart the state park on time.
We can’t thank them enough for their dedication and friendliness in our time of need.

As a rule, I hate car dealerships, mainly because I do not like being pressured by salesmen. This was not the case with my recent experience at Dean Arbour Ford in Tawas. Wes Chrivia was not only very professional but helped me negotiate the process (I was extremely indecisive) in working a trade in on my new vehicle.
