I have never actually received a hair cut from here. That being said, when I called they were busy and didn’t answer, but they called back as soon as they could, even though I did not leave a voicemail, just to see if I need anything. If nothing else, I KNOW they have wonderful customer service.

LAURIE, was awful to my wife, never heard anything like it, this was a horrible excuse for customer service. Women are supposed to lift one another up not be aggressive, take everything out of context and continue to be combative when someone kindly leaves their chair. Very sad excuse for customer service. Pray for this women she needs it!! Dont forget ever, you simply DO NOT know who is sitting in your chair so it's a good policy to always be kind.Service: Hairstyling
