Ordered stairs carpeted and two runners to match. Prices were good, but not worth the hassle. They asked for two thirds deposit Up front. The guy came out To measure twice and then nothing happened for three months. They never gave updates proactively; I would have to text the representative periodically to find out what was going on with my order. He kept stringing me along until I said that I would cancel my order and ask for my money back. At that point they came out within a week. One of the two runners was a foot and a half too long. When the carpet installer came he said he could not install the carpet because he had not been informed in advance that he would need a specific tool which he did not have on the day the install was scheduled. I'm still waiting for the runner and I have an appointment for the installation next week.

Urban Floors replaced flooring in my whole main level and did a wonderful job at a competitive price. I did luxury plank vinyl though my great room and carpet in the bedrooms. Both have preformed beautifully and I have had them for almost a year now. Thank you Marc & David!

Called before holiday to have vinyl hardwood put in our home. Had a quote and date of installation within a day of calling. Crew was quick, knowledgeable and clean. We were extremely satisfied with the work completed and would recommend to anyone.

We could not be happier with our experience with Marc, Dave and the installation team! We had a water damaged floor which was partially torn up. These gentlemen recognized how tough it was on us and went above and beyond to make things right! Our floor looks amazing and I strongly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with the company. They came in and made a carpet work on our stairs that wasn't necessarily made for them. We got a great price and we no longer have green carpet in our home from the previous owner. Will definitely work with them in the furure.

The owner or tenant of Urban Floors caused damage to my property and basically told me to F off when I told him to fix it. Next time will take it to the insurance company and let them battle it out. Stay away from these people.

The owner (sam) of this building is extremely rude. He does not care about anyone else's property!
