After being a loyal customer for over 20 years and referring numerous other homeowners to this company it’s sad to say I won’t use them again or refer anyone else. This company is only a 5 minute drive from my home. I called for service on my garage door and ( to their credit) it was scheduled within a 24 hour window. I wasn’t told in advance what their service charge would be and their representative didn’t inquire about my problem. A customer oriented company would have asked a few questions and would easily have diagnosed my problem over the phone. Bottom line: The tech arrived as scheduled, used my ladder and made a simple adjustment that took about 30 seconds. I was charged $139! Exorbitant. I this economy, with inflation running rampant, that’s highway robbery.

The technician, Shane, replaced the springs on my garage door late Saturday during the July 4th weekend. He was friendly, explained what he was doing, did good work, lubricated the rollers and checked out the door to make sure it worked well.

Billy was 100% customer focused today! Very knowledgeable, courteous and fast! Lubed and maintenanced all my three garage doors, new bottom rubber seal with new plate, new quiet motor, entry button pad with wifi to phone. Our garage door spring snapped, and I called Town & Country based on the positive feedback they have received. I am happy that I did. T&C responded quickly, replaced both springs for a reasonable price, lubricated the rollers and hinges, checked and inspected the whole system, and only took about 20-30 minutes to do the job. Brian was very friendly and explained everything. He even told me some things about our door and opener that will come in handy in the future. Highly recommended!!!

I called for service as my garage door wouldn't close. It'd start to close then stop and go back up. Jordan came out and did the repair, then checked everything out and made sure it was all serviced and ready to go. He got here 2 hours after I called for service. He is phenomenal, friendly and explained everything he did. I would highly recommend this company. It was a 100% positive experience from the person answering the phone to the service man. Hands Down the best repair experience I've ever had!!!!! Don't look any farther if you need garage door repairs!

Terrible, horrible install, call to get laser working again, haven't even moved in they respond by sending someone out after no discussing a charge... should have been free and then try to charge an additional 280 onto of a service charge because the garage looks different. Go elsewhere.

Had a great experience with Town and Country. Frank came out timely and fixed a broken spring with ease. He has been to the house on two other occasions for garage issues and the service is always excellent.

Frank from Town and Country Door came out to my house two days in a row to fix my garage door opener. First, he adjusted the sensors on either side of the door. He tested it in my garage and they seemed to be working. (Frank also replaced two broken wheels on the garage door track.) However, I found that when using the openers inside both of our cars, the door would open, but wouldn't stay closed. It kept going back up. Frank came back out yesterday and replaced both sensors and now everything seems to be working properly. Frank was very nice and the job was completed the 2nd day. I have to say that when I first called regarding my garage door sensors, I was hoping for a bill under $100, but I guess I'm living in the past. The total cost was $239, which was higher than I anticipated, although it was not Frank's fault. Everything has definitely gone up!

We got same day appointment. After they got a cancelation, they communicated if they can come earlier. The technician was knowledgeable and friendy. The service was quick and price reasonable.
