“The pharmacists at CVS in Sylvan Lake MI went above & beyond finding our authorizations for our COVID booster. We recently relocated from FL to MI. FL Walgreens apologized that we were outside of our insurance carrier’s provider & sent us on our way.Today the pharmacist spent time getting it done right and allowing us to receive our vaccinations. We are relieved!In general, all of the staff work as a team & were helpful & friendly. That’s what good leadership produces.Thank you!!!”
