CVS Pharmacy in Berkley gave me terrible customer service and repeatedly hung up on me multiple times before even speaking to me as I was trying to get my prescriptions refilled. They are too busy to care there.Transferred my prescriptions to this pharmacy and they handled the whole process extremely well. Wonderful, friendly Pharmacist. Could not recommend them more!!”

“Drove a bit of a way out to come to this pharmacy as they were the only one in the area vaccinating for covid for my daughter's age group. The staff was very nice and helpful. In front of me in line was a family who did not speak English and I saw how helpful the staff was being in making sure they understood everything regarding vaccines and their insurance. My mom lives in the area and I have already encouraged her to go to them when she needs something. All in all it was a smooth process and definitely will be back :]”

I have been going to the Rite Aid at 5983 Highland (at the corner of Airport Rd) for many many years. Everyone that works there is always so nice and they all brighten my day. They are not only prompt with getting my prescriptions ready, but they do it with a smile. I have been to a few other pharmacies, but I always, ALWAYS go back to Rite Aid. They are my "home" pharmacy. Hats off to all the employees who work there. The head pharmacist Wejdan is outstanding. Thank you to everyone at the Rite Aid pharmacy for making getting a prescription an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend Rite Aid to fill your prescriptions.”
