Like the other review stated. Do not use this man. From the beginning I was treated like he had his mind made up and he hated women. He literally would not let me finish my statments without interruption. This man will chew you up and spit you out. I walked out of our meeting feeling shock and awe at how bias and unjust the whole situation was. Don't let any attourney tell you any different(mine did). Stear clear of this man. He will wreck you life.You have been warned ⚠️

Superb mediator. Took a very complex, emotionally charged divorce where the attorneys also didn't like each other very much and simply got the job done. Could not recommend more highly.

I wish I could leave negative stars on this review. If you are a woman and your lawyer suggests this "arbitrator" RUN!!! He will not listen to you, will make fun of you to your face and just blatantly ignore any documentation you provide for him. Not to mention he will take months to make a decision. Although I provided bank statements showing my ex husband was not following judgments and orders and spending all my money he said that wasn't good enough and gave him everything. He talked me out of fighting for my dogs and let my ex husband have them. He let my ex husband's lawyer berate me and did not even let my lawyer question my ex. It is not the 1950s anymore Robert, it's clearly well past your time to retire.

I was the target of constant verbal abuse, bigotry and discriminatory behavior during mediation sessions by him. I was subjected to personal insults, psychological pressure, intimidation by this "mediation attorney." I have filed a complaint against him with ACLU and other similar organizations against him. He needs to be thoroughly investigated for misconduct.

I was the target of constant verbal abuse, bigotry and discriminatory behavior during mediation sessions by Robert Badgely. He is a bigot, who constantly discriminated against me on the basis of including but not necessarily limited to gender and minority status. I was subjected to psychological pressure, intimidation, and humiliation by Badgely. I did not understand any questions asked of me properly, and I responded under duress while being in a state of shock. Since he recorded the last 10 mins of one of my sessions, that constitutes ample evidence in support of my claim. When he was challenged on his bigoted behavior, his excuse was that "I am too old for all that". He is a bigot, and I would not be surprised if he did the same with other individuals. I have already reported him to ACLU and Michigan bar council. This bigot does not deserve to be on any platform, and please stay away from him!
