My carrier many times left my mail in another box and it had a check in it, lucky my neighbor brought it to me. Several times I get neighbors mail. I order dog medicine and it's often late, I call UPS and they tell me it was dropped off at local Post Office and I wonder how many days it sits there because of my mistake prone carrier, ridiculous.
I live in Swartz Creek estates

Can fedex or ups offer passport services now?
5 visits to the usps and still can’t to get a passport done for my daughter. We start calling them on time 3 to make sure we get everything done. They did not provide all the information…. Every time we show up, they tell us something new they didn’t mention on the phone.

Kelly (I hope that I spelled her name correctly) provides excellent customer service. I have called a few times when my company is in a bind and needs a bulk amount of stamps, and she has always been accommodating and great. I feel like I throw a wrench at her every time that I call, and I really appreciate her helping us out with such a friendly attitude.

Absolutely the worst branch of our government. Five days to get a package 40 miles away.
I stopped buying from eBay because they only use USPS. Come on this isn't rocket science, it’s just packages.

Tried to pick up an important package early from the post office. Had tracking number saying it had been dropped off at the office a few hours prior, and I needed it that day. I stopped in and asked if they could look in the back for it. The lady at the counter walked back there, and not 45 seconds later she comes back saying she can't find anything. Pretty hard to believe she even looked in that amount of time. Pretty disappointing considering all she had to do was give it a decent effort and even if she still didn't find it I would have been satisfied. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Seems that the blue box drop off for envelopes that look like a gift will just never get delivered!

I would like to thank the post office of Swartz creek . I put a call in about a package and had a return call in less than a hour. In no more than a hour after that I had a postal employee of Swartz creek at my door with the item I was calling on. All this on a Friday around 4pm. Thank you for going above and beyond.

I always have a great time when I am in the Swartz Creek Post Office. Clerks are great, and helpful! Carriers show up and work hard. I see some of these other reviews and I do apologize for the service you were once provided but I personally enjoy my visits to this office

Just got off the phone with a very rude woman, Kelly, who spent a solid 10 minutes not answering my questions and deflecting my concerns as being my problem. Her tone was extremely disrespectful to me, and even to herself, as clearly no one who cares about their job would speak that way to someone while working at said job. I'm just trying to track down some information for taxes, and now I'm still stuck. Also, apparently, watch out. If your mailbox gets full (even in just one day!) They'll mark your home as vacant in their system and won't deliver your mail. And no, they don't bother to check if it actually is vacant or not.

Just want to say Sue is always polite and just all around great! Known her for a long time! Knew her when she worked in Lennon! The post office is lucky to have an outstanding employee like Sue! Just love her?

I am just very disappointed that 3 to 5 day shipping during business days if a big ####ing lie and I want my package. I trusted this and got rid of the tracking number. Pure disrespect to you, well orchestrated my a$$. I'm also very uncomfortable with all the other people who feel the same

UPDATE: Postal workers literally lied to my face on Monday about losing my package. It was a 4 foot long package, scanned as delivered 4 hours prior to my actual mail being delivered, and it said it was left inside a mailbox? They clearly delivered it to the wrong house, but instead told me that the package was tiny, it was put in a mailbox and that they delivered it to the correct address on the package (which they said wasn't my address even though I had the tracking # for it) so I was "being scammed" and needed to contact the person who sent the package. Well my original package just magically showed up on my porch 4 days later after being misdelivered. With my name, my correct address and the same tracking number on it. The same package that they insisted they didn't lose or misdeliver...
Literally the worst post office I've ever encountered. I used to work for USPS as a rural carrier and I can't believe this place. Constantly losing packages, delivering them to God knows where, since no one can ever find them. My whole subdivision has issues with deliveries in here. Employees who answer the phones are rude and not helpful. Just yesterday I went out to get the mail, all of my mail was soaking wet to the point that the papers and envelopes were falling apart. My mailbox was dry, so it was delivered that way. Now today I scheduled a pick up for packages, no one ever showed up and the postal truck went by my house without stopping. I called the PO and the worker assured me that they would be back to get my packages. Well now it's late, dark, packages are still outside and the post office is CLOSED. I wish I could switch post offices somehow. Disappointed I moved to this area lol. Unfortunately from working at USPS, I know they won't do anything about the complaints.

Likes to drive on the grass and throw packages. Thankfully the Ring camera catches everything. Poor service all around.
