“Coming in I was originally in search of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle with a trade. Did some research online, shopped around for a little while before deciding to go to Shea Chevrolet. Nate was the first person to greet me at the door. He brought me into his office and asked what I was interested in. I had my mind set on a Jeep and test drove a 2017 Jeep Patriot. Also, Nate was able to write up an appraisal for my trade-in. After test driving the Jeep, turns out it wasn’t for me. I let Nate know which he informed me that the dealership periodically gets in new pre-owned vehicles. Encouraging me to contact him if I was interested in anything else. From there, the next day I went to Randy Wise and did not have the best experience with trying to buy. I decided to go back to Shea Chevrolet and work with Nate. He was more than happy to help out with getting me into another vehicle. He understood that my situation was a complicated one. He was very transparent about my situation with rolling over negative equity. We then went over the best options for me between leasing or financing. Turns out, the best option for my situation was financing. Even though I had my heart set on a Jeep Compass, Nate shifted the gears and we looked at other options. Instead of pre-owned we looked at new cars that were on the market. I was able to test drive a 2024 Buick Envista. At first I was not a fan of the Envista but I gave it a try. After test driving it I fell in love with the car. Nate knew then we had a winner and from there he was going to do whatever it took to get me this car. We went over the numbers and Nate was able to get me the best value for my trade, no money down, plus I qualified for the new car rebates, discounts, warranties, etc. I don’t regret my decision at all I am very happy and proud of my decision. This is my first time ever having a new car and I didn’t need a co-signer! I believe I made a smart choice by going back to do business with Nate. I really enjoyed my car buying experience. Nobody made me feel pressured to buy I was able to think and weigh out my options which I was very pleased with. I liked the energy and upbeat environment. Nate Brown, Josh Summerville, Howard Shelton as well as the other staff were amazing to work with. Everyone made sure I was well taken care of for sure. Cant remember who I originally worked with when they had the lot in Owosso/Corunna but I had got a 2008 Buick Enclave, now fast forward to 3 1/2 years ago I had the pleasure of dealing with Pat! They took my enclave back and got me in a 2015 buick verano! Expressed my liking of buicks and an Encore would be my next choice! Pat went above and beyond and everytime he cam across one he would give me a call! I saw a 2016 buick encore on their site wed shot him an email spoke on thursday and he had it at his lot by friday! Came in saturday test drove it loved it and made the purchase! Honestly if u have bad dealings with these people then ur doing bad by them! Tracy has also always been so helpful when dealing with payment issues! I have sent 3 people to them now and we live over an hour away! The finance companies they use are awesome as well this time around they lowered my interest rate, and let me put a smaller down payment! I highly recommend them if u need an easy purchase! AsIs means just that! Test drive and inspect before u buy people they only have to have the vehicle road worthy hence As-Is however the 50/50 warranty will def cone in handy if i ever do need to use it! Ive only had normal wear and tear issues with all my vehicles”
