“This was the third place I tried to get tires. The prices were great, and the guy did an amazing job picking out the perfect tires and putting them on. I believe I've found my new tire place for the future ?
The only reason it got a 4 star instead of 5 is because we waited for 15 plus minutes before someone even came over to see why we were there (signs posted to stay in the car). And I get it they are busy, however, it takes 2 seconds to come over and acknowledge that we are there to say "hey I'm finishing this up, and I'll be right with you".”

“We got a flat tire on our motor home on our way to vacation and stopped to get a new tire. They looked at the tire and found that it only needed a repair and not immediately replaced. Even when they are busy, they take time to make sure each customer is taken care of. I’ve seen them handle escalated customers without getting stressed or upset. “Made an appointment here to get used tires I purchased online, after being told by places like Tuffy in Clio that it wasn't possible. Not only did Discount Tire have no issue with installing my used tires, they even offered to warranty them for a reasonable fee just like their new tires. On top of that the service advisor was able to get my wiper blades replaced without increasing the total cost. A+ customer service, they went above and beyond to get my vehicle in the best condition they could without me asking. Thank you Gavin.”

“I am new to Sam's club and love their prices for bulk items. The store is always kept super clean and the workers look like they actually want to be there. Their $1 pretzels from the cafe are also very very good. The store is laid out very nicely and everything is quite visible. I never saw a piece of trash on the ground in any of the aisles.”

“100% recommend. Coming back from Ann Arbor my dad got a flat. After waiting almost an hour for onstar and gm roadside assistance to get a tow truck to our location we were finally able to get the tire replaced. The awesome guys at Belle tire stayed open past closing to put a new tire on. I'm sure they weren't happy staying open almost 20 mins past close but they were so kind. Thank you guys.”
