I’ve been going to this gym for 8 years and I will never go anywhere else. Zak is an awesome trainer and the people are the best people you could meet. I’ve met many of my close friends at this gym!

Polysthenics is a unique group fitness center. We specialize in small group training. Each of our classes are less than 10 people, allowing our training staff to spend time with each of our members. Our workouts include: TRX, Kettlebells, Powerlifting, HIIT, Strength Training, Functional Training.
