A good deal to buy the monthly specials. The wash is good, but they never clean the trunk area well and I mean NEVER.

Good place most of the workers are pretty good, some are great and some are horrible and are not polite at all. l always give tips and there is a few that just grab it and say nothing then don’t dry my car!! I folding understand that? It’s very obvious they don’t want to be there. But over all it’s my go to place. It’s a good location and close to home. To those that work hard and so kind, thank you!! To those who aren’t, shame on you.

Pay 41.95 a month here for a membership always disappointed. once was even told my car is too dirty to get clean. thought I was coming to a car wash and that's what they did guess I was wrong. Came in again today got the works with my membership. Car is half clean this time. Guess they don't do wheel wells anymore.

If I could use zero or negative stars. Do not use fast eddies. They messed my front end alignment. Your steering wheel should not be turned 90 degrees and still go straight thru the automatic car wash. They pack you in like sardines (if I could of backed up to reposition myself, my alignment wouldn't be screwed up) my opinion use mister car wash...

THIS PLACE SUCKS! I will never return. I brought my car in to get washed and I am pretty sure it came out worse then it went in. I bought the most expensive wash and they didn't even touch the other side of my car. I politely asked to spray down my car and they ignored me and pushed me through the wash. At the end of the wash they didn't even dry the back or sides of my car. Nonetheless I will never return Wash World is 1000x better. If I could take away stars on the review I would.

I am imploring all of you not to patronize this company and its locations...About 3 weeks ago i was at the State street location in Saginaw MI. I went through the wash as usual until it got to the dryers and their dryer ripped my 3rd brake light off of the top of my Tahoe. The guy on duty Andrew took down my info and a incident report and said he would contact me. Three days later he said he needed my vin# to order the part to be replaced. This raised a flag to me because you dont need a vin# for that (I assumed they were trying to look up any past damage to my vehicle so they could deny my claim). Three more days later Andrew told me his manager Scott said they weren't gonna honor the claim because my truck was 10 yrs old and it looked liked glue on my light (Mind you he has only seen pics of the damage). There was no previous damage done to my truck and their excuse to deny me was unacceptable. I then called headquarters in Swartz Creek and after 2 weeks of waiting on a reply I called today and was informed by them they wont cover the damage and they're backing the Saginaw location. I will be filing a lawsuit against them to recooperate my losses. If there is anyone else that has had a problem with this company please contact me and maybe we can collab on a lawsuit. These people will not get away with treating me like a nonfactor after taking my money and damaging my truck. Thanks for your time and please share share share!

This is the company behind Fast Eddie's, a chain of oil change places that hires ex cons and retaliates against customers by destroying their car's engine when they protest bogus charges on their bill. My total came to $38 for mystery shop oil which I'm sure was just old oil because my engine started smoking after about 700 miles.
