“They weren’t busy on my visit, so the whole team greeted me. Even had introductions, as a thought, they must’ve assumed I’m somebody! But just another member, really. While work on the account was processed, we had brief conversations over a best short term investment offering. And other casual conversation as well. All rather pleasant, truth be told. Likely not the kind of treatment one would expect from mega-national bank of modern day.”
“The tellers within this U of M location on Bristol Road, Flint, and employees within the call center are always perfectly pleasant, courteous, kind, generous, patient, efficient, professional, and so much more than I can describe. They always brighten my day and make dealing with any difficulties so easy that it takes a weight off of my shoulders. The manager (she has short pale blonde curls) at this location is also always incredibly wonderful and patient. Everyone I've ever interacted with from U of M has made each interaction a pleasure and they are all a credit to the company. I've been there late in the evening and early in the morning and they're always perfectly pleasant, even when I hesitantly brought in my service dog. Bless them all, and I hope they all have a wonderful Easter.”

“I do not remember adding only 3 stars. It should have been 5 stars.I do have a compliant: I signed up to get alerts when ever I use my card.The alert does tell me how much was debited from my account.However, it does not tell me who received my money! !!!!!!!!!!This is inexcusable. Tell me both using audio and text me who got my money! !!!!!!!!Please please don't waist my time telling me i need to pull off the road and fiddle with my phone. Or don't suggest I need to take my eyes off the road and fiddle with my phone -that is illegal and unsafe !!!”
