Horrible. I've been trying to give this center a chance for too long now. I've communicated with director after director because they have changed alot since they opened. My kids have been going to this center since it was Brandi's place, that's 10 years now. I really wanted my youngest to grow up in the same environment but it's just not at all. My 2 oldest are denied snack and breakfast constantly. Director always says they forgot. Or ran out. Or that my kids were being bad. My youngest constantly gets bitten by other students. Comes home so hungry and thirsty. They portion everything so small but then you'll come in and see the teachers eating it but telling the kids they can't have more. The school age kids just run wild all day with no structure and only 1 teacher that can barely stand up all day let alone handle that many rambunctious school aged kids. They won't let outside food in the classrooms but the teachers all have things from outside, and don't give the kids the snacks that are supposed to be included in all of this extra money they charge. Now they're adding on extra charges for families that get help from DHS. Families that get help obviously can't afford it, so, let's add on more fees that can't be added to the DHS payments. Make it make sense. I'm looking for a new center. I would advise to not take your kids here unless you really just don't care about any of the mentioned above. Talking to authority does nothing to fix anything.

Throughout my time at Childtime Learning Center I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff have went out of their way to help my child become comfortable in the classroom and build relationships with his peers. I love that I can watch him interacting with his classmates and teachers anytime I want through their Sprout About app. I would highly recommend Childtime to anyone looking for childcare.

My 3 1/2 year old great-niece was left in the same pull-up all day on more than one occasion, & had urine running down her leg when her mama picked her up. She has had other bad incidents happen recently. Before Childtime took over this day care from Brandi’s, it was a safe, happy place. My niece has taken her child out of this day care. I feel sorry for the children that remain there!Karen Plamondon-Baughman
