“My teenager had driver's side vehicle damage on his 17 year old Impala, after a recent ice storm. The owner Steve seemed like a straight up guy, and his pricing was very fair. Considering the age of the vehicle, he helped us keep the cost manageable, and his shop did fantastic work. This shop has been around for a very long time, so they are quite knowledgeable and experienced. They were also working on several higher end vehicles, so it's apparent that they are trusted. “Always great service from Tom. I was in a rush a while back and sent a driver 71 miles to a competitors yard. My guy returned with a beat to death pile of junk that we could not use . I had to wait for this yard to remove one and drive back down. Part was perfect and waiting. I will never call the other guy again ( as 2 workers ignore me while smoking next to their " no smoking" sign ) . Don't waste your time, just call these guys and not the tachometer store! See, I was nicer than the way they treated me.”
“They fixed 2 chips on my windshield a few weeks ago. Went in for one but they filled the one the dealership claimed was filled when we bought the car 7 years ago (cause dealerships are so trustworthy now I guess). Anyway safelite was great! I showed up a little early to my appointment time and they had it in and out within an hour. Their waiting room is spacious and has coffee and water and lots of tables abd plugs if you need to work remote. They even came to my house a few years back and replaced my back windshield after loading something inside my suv wrong that shattered the windshield. Great service team and super trustworthy. Will definitely use again for any automotive glass repairs.”

Gerber did an awesome job on the repair, the front office staff were professional, friendly & kept me updated, I didn't have to call them once. On pick up the GM did a walk around the vehicle with me & explained what was done, he was very helpful. Nobody wants to have to go to the body shop, Gerber made it easier to deal with.”
