  The clothing is overpriced for the quality, and the customer service is not good. The most recent time I visited, the person working stared at me and followed me around the store the whole time, which made me feel like she thought I was going to steal something. I ended up not trying anything on and couldn't get out of there fast enough because I was so uncomfortable.

  Had so much fun shopping at Flea TC while visiting my sister.Cheryl was really helpful even though the shop was super busy on a Saturday morning. So many great apparel and accessory lines, looking forward to my next visit.

  This is one of my favorite stores in Suttons Bay. The clothing is very high quality and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I like that they remember me every time I come in and they remember what I like. That's great customer service. I work at another local business and always send people to the exchange that ask “where should we shop?” Also, they have the best handbags around, for sure!

  Visited this store today and the lady that works there, her name is Susanelou...well...she was extremely helpful and friendly. She helped me put an outfit together and I had a great experience. Would recommend The Exchange to anyone. Ask for Suz!!

  The owner of this store is one of the most ignorant and nasty people I've ever encountered. Art Walk evening we entered her store and approached the counter for a signature on our card, excited to see the store. She signed and responded “Are you going to buy something?” I replied my aren't you rude this evening. She followed me and asked me if I wasn't happy to kindly leave her store. My husband and I exited immediately. I felt sorry for the sweet lady working with her who apparently was embarrassed. STAY AWAY.

  Would recommend visiting this store- charming. Susanelou helped me out and I can't say enough about how helpful she was! Enjoyed our time there and will definitely go back- ask for Susanelou!

  We attended the Art Walk in Suttons Bay (October 19, 2018) and walked into The Exchange/Flea. We should have just walked right out when the older woman working demanded I shut the door even though there was someone walking in right behind me. As we were looking around we heard who I believe is the owner ask a customer “you're not going to buy anything?” I was shocked but continued to look around the store. I saw something I wanted to purchase, even though I shouldn't have based on the behavior of the employees, when a woman walked in with a cup of coffee and the older woman working rudely told her that there are no open containers in the store. The Art Walk provides various wine in each participating store so my boyfriend and I wanted to try the wine they were carrying, the lady ID'd us because we do look younger. As we were leaving the store the SAME older woman yelled out to my boyfriend “young man are you 21?” We kindly responded that yes he was, almost 23 and she made yet another comment “did the wine lady ID you? you sure don't look 21.” Her tone of voice was so rude and nasty. I tried to be nice but told her yet again “yes, he's almost 23 thank you”. We finally left the store and I will NEVER return.

  Beware this store has a very strick return policy. One day late and they WILL NOT return. I think this is due to the poor quality of their merchandise. By the time you realize it, you can't return it.

  Incredibly rude woman working in store. I was ready to make a purchase until woman made a fuss about us having our 3 year old in store by fitting room so he woundnt touch anything in store. Mind you no one was in store for him to disturb.
