“Hansen Food is a great store with local products such as Moomers Ice cream, Higher Grounds coffee, Right Brain, other local brews and wine. as well as other general staples. They are a great member of the community as well as a good grocery store.”
“Surprisingly well stocked grocery. Decent produce, butcher shop. They may not have the exact thing you were looking for, but it's a fair bet you'll find something 'close enough' to take it's place. Lots of local product, too!”
“I love this place for the prices and the people However, On my recent trip, I want to get some soup and the lady who was helping me check out to me that these were not good for me but at the time it’s what I came in there for what I had money for she made me feel awkward and bad myself so I ended up putting them back. Other than that, it is a really great place but I don’t think people should feel bad for what they’re getting”

“We visited the store atleast 10 times over the course of our stay and every trip was wonderful. They have a variety of items you dont see in other stores, like michigan shaped dog treats and custom suttons bay playing cards. We picked up unique gifts for all our neighbors. They also have grocery items like eggs and our favorite box of chocolate covered cherries for $1 cheaper than Meijer! They have a great grab and go bar of hot food, coffee, or tea, and their chicken ceasar wrap was delicious and affordable. Definitely a must visit when you're in suttons bay.”
