The employees here are a joke, they don't even try to help you. What we were told was to go find someone else to help us. Save yourself the effort and go ANYWHERE ELSE! I rarely will leave a negative review but damn this experience warranted it.

Very slow workers are lazier then ever. There's no teamwork. Workers just standing around talking when other workers need help. I will never come back here again. And workers are going to get food before helping customers the worst customer service I've seen in my entire life.

I used to love eating here but for some reason I keep getting served undercooked chicken and potato wedges. Yesterday I had gotten some hoping they were cooking it all the way but this morning, I woke up with food poisoning..

As Walmart's go this one is decent and orderly. The most carts have round wheels an improvement over many of their stores. The parking lot is lit and is clean. The area feels safe to me. I would definitely return.

Hats off to Sturgis Walmart's .... Renea (sp?) from Accounting and Jackie the Loss Prevention Officer. In reconciling my cred card acct i noticed i had not rec'd a credit for an item I had returned 2 months earlier. Unfortunately i also found that i no longer had the receipt for this credit. Armed only with my original purchase receipt, I inquired at customer service if a credit could be traced. I didn't believe i would have any luck without having the paper credit, but felt obliged to ask. i was very pleasantly surprised to receive complete cooperation with cust service calling Renae in accounting who immediately came up, said she would investigate right away (even though i offered her several days to investigate), and within minutes came back (with Jackie ) with my reprinted credit, documentation that i had rec'd the credit in cash (solving why i had not rec'd credit to my card), and even a printed picture of my wife rec'g the cash 2 months earlier. Thank you, Renea and Jackie for your friendly and quick resolution to my concern, and to Walmart for having the efficient system to resolve these sorts of issues.
