Great Job! Guy came out at 4am to do a lock out. Which means I left my keys in the vehicle with it running. He came very quickly and was reasonably priced thank goodness since he's the only one that was open at that time.

Definitely didn't have a good experience with this company no one is ever in the office... How do you run a business and not have anyone in the office.... This company is a waste of time space and money next

As parents we all know that when our children call asking for help, we do all we can. Unfortunately, my son was an hour away when he accidentally locked his keys in the car. I called Sturgis Towing and Recovery and explained the situation. They sent someone over within 30 minutes and called to let me know when the job was done. I was able to pay over the phone, treated well and received prompt service. I wouldn't hesitate to call them the next time.

Vehicle ended up being towed there by police for being in the way. Was broke down on M131. Roadside assistance wouldn't come pick it up till conditions from snow got better. A week later they arrived with the car. Roadside Hazzard covered the towing bill. THANK GOD

They charged me 250 bucks to tow me less than a mile after someone pulled out in front of me. Said I was a priority tow, I mean who ever calls a tow truck and says hey come get me when u get time. Tow company's all a bunch of crooks tho.

Shady. Got in an accident and this was the company called. Met the guy at his lot as he pulled up with the truck. Told me and my dad to come back with 100 bucks and the title. I show up to collect my stuff from my vehicle and he tells me that it's 150 if I want to get my stuff. Idk but that sounds like extortion to me.Services: Car towing
