Purchased home widows, spent 7k, one of the windows was built wrong, but still installed. Asked Sturgis glass to fix for over six months, repetitive trips and phone calls to Jenny at Sturgis glass have got me nowhere. I feel like they just want me to go away. Going in today (9/16/24) to request a talk to the owner. I've been a customer of Sturgis Glass for over 40 years and I'm very disappointed. I'll update this post after request a talk from owner.

My friend took his trd in the other day he had a dashcam they didn’t see… they went through the center console and glove box and said rude and racist comments. I’ll see if I can get the photos to post.

Wonderful service! They accommodated me even though they don’t normally provide the service I needed! Sunroof shattered by freak accident, they were the only ones in my area who agreed to look at it, and fixed it up wonderfully!

Customer service was great. I stopped by because my passenger side mirror glass came loose. My associate had my mirror repaired and sealed. It was close to closing but she helped me anyway that's service.

Got a chip in my windshield while driving to kalamazoo, called them the next morning and asked if they had any availability before the blizzard and deep freeze came because I was afraid my windshield would crack, the lady was so kind on the phone and asked if i could bring my car in right away, the gentleman that took my car was just as kind. They got me in and out in 20 min. Couldn't have been more grateful for them.
