Literally anywhere else is better! Friend of mine got a car from here and less than a week later the breaks started going bad and the shop refused to do anything about it! They care more about reviews than they do their customers!

I would not suggest buying a vehicle from these people we just bought a vehicle on the third the first thing we told the salesmen is we need a good safe vehicle to put our children into they sold us a vehicle with little to no brakes we’ve already put so much into this vehicle and ain’t even had it for a month we told the salesmen about the brakes later on he said he didn’t feel right putting new brakes on when they went down on the price a little we had a mechanic check out the vehicle a week after we got it our brakes are literally metal there was no way they didn’t know about these issues before they sold us the vehicle DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE or make sure a mechanic checks everything out before u do

I purchased a vehicle at Smith and Stanke Auto Sales this past weekend. Everything about my experience was handled very professionally.
Tom added more pictures to the online vehicle listing within 2 hours when I asked about specific elements of the vehicle that were not included in the listed photos. He also went above and beyond and drove the vehicle to and from a local independent mechanic (at my request and on my dime) to have it inspected before I purchased the vehicle since I live 2 hours away. Finally, I never felt pressured or taken advantage of at any point during my experience.
Overall I would recommend friends and family to purchase a vehicle at this business if the “perfect ride” is on their lot. Thank you Tom, Tina and Doug!

the process very easy and we were treated with nothing but respect the whole time! And thought we had found a great vehicle
and place but now the issue is it's only a tad bit over a year and our transmission is being funny had the drive light start blinking took it to a shop got an opinion and then a 2nd & they both said there was all kinds of metal in the tank called Smith & stanke and that's when their mechanic slash business Partners response kind of shocked me he literally told me that he has had magnets with so much metal on them from the transmission they literally look like a donut and all they do is change the fluid and the filter if there is one and put them on the lot so that's sketchy to me 100% because again the mechanic I had look at it said that the amount of metal was ridiculous and now my transmission could be ruined shortly or last I don't appreciate spending 16k on a vehicle that was probably known to have this issue before it was put up for sale

Having to buy a car is not a fun experience. That being said I couldn't ask for more honest and kind people to help me through it.I had planned to go shopping for a car at multiple dealerships. They treated me extremely well for being a (their) day off (holiday hours) and accommodated every interest I had.I love the car that I bought from them. A few issues came up shortly after and they took care of everything without hassle. I would suggest anyone looking for a car should come find the same experience.?

The guys here at smith and stanke are truly awesome! I was stressing my car wasn’t doing the greatest and I was in a bind. The guys here helped me so much! The process was so easy they took care of a lot of it and now I have a car that is giving me what I need and some! It’s the heated seats for me! Definitely go check them out for your car needs their prices and service is superb!

Am really happy with my 2016 Ford Fusion I got from here. They allowed me to take my time, checking out my vehicle of interest, didn’t try to push another vehicle on me, were knowledgeable, and got me hooked up with a sound vehicle, at a great price, fast!
