Don't EVER order shoes from here! Ordered a pair in my size because they were out of stock... was told 3-5 business days... its now been 10 business days and still no shoes. I call to check on the status and they keep telling me to check tomorrow... very disappointed. Will never order from them again.

Absolutely the worse customer service from Mary, Assistant Manager, that I have ever had. This is the first time that I have ever been in this store and the last time time I will go into into this store because of Mary. I even witnessed her being extremely rude to an older gentlemen to the point that it brought tears to my eyes. I am embarrassed for this store that they employ someone like Mary! Shame on you Shoe Sensation!
