Brittany was AMAZING! I can’t say enough great things about her. I normally hate going into stores like these….i feel like I always leave knowing less than before I came in. She explained everything to us and made sure we were all set before leaving the store. Fantastic customer service!!!!

Taylor was AMAZING! I came in VERY ANGRY because my bill kept going up. Taylor calmly explained the situation in a way that I could understand, got my bill lowered, and by the end of the transaction I was refreshed and relieved. We even talked about more Xfinity products that could help me in my daily life. Great a store, with great employees!

Absolutely love EVERY Meijer I've been to. I've recently moved into an independent living for seniors. Changed my pharmacy at the Meijer [nearly] next door. Pharmacist was friendly and helpful. So I was not hesitant to take advantage of the Instacart for grocery delivery when I'm ordering heavy items. That's where the problem lies! Not only did I only get a few correct items, but got items I never ordered. I probably wouldn't be so upset except my door was open when she brought the bags, but when I walked to the door, she dropped several bags (busting some) and ran. Literally, RAN! I reported it, but that was the last I heard. I'd really like a follow-up because this young lady costed me money and it's extremely difficult for me to do returns (particularly since one of the items was a large iron skillet!)

Manager is horrible here. Had a phone issue went into the place 9 times and they gave me the run around every single time. I pay for insurance on the phone and it's still under manufacturers warranty. It took me to bring in a phone I got from a family member because the manager was no help at getting me a replacement. Said he would give me a credit for all the problems never did. They're a bunch of lazy liars. Brittany talks bad about the customers when they leave the store. The workers got too much free time on their hands as they sit around at a table.

Simply put, Xfinity has been terrible. I can't wait for my contract to be over. I gave them 2 stars because they did save me a bunch of money. That part is true, but I sacrificed great service from a different provider for it. Xfinity constantly has outages and connectivity issues, even when you are within 10 feet of the router. I waited 14 months before I left a review, hoping it would get better, it never has.

I needed to get a new remote. I was told the new remote would turn my TV on and off and do the volume. It turns out that was a lie because I had to call service tech to come there and help me with the remote. At first I called Comcast to see if they can help me program the remote. That also was a failure so they had to send a service tech out
