I was scheduled to receive a Covid test at 9:30am and I get there and the pharmacy is closed. This isn't the first time I've come to this store during their posted store hours and it was not open. Absolutely ridiculous.

Non stop issues with this pharmacy the past couple years, been going here since 2013 and todays issue was my final straw. The pharmacist truly showed she doesn’t care about her patients well-being whatsoever and treated me horribly when I asked questions regarding my script. This pharmacy has truly gone downhill. I don’t know if it’s the stress of Covid and after effects from that or they just truly have staff that doesn’t care or are stressed and fed up, either way wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for a new pharmacy in the area.

I can't say enough positive things about this pharmacy. It's a busy location, but despite this staff are always friendly, service is prompt and staff are always willing to go above and beyond- always willing to call provider's offices, answer questions, they even stayed open late one evening for me to pick up my husband's cardiac medication after being discharged late from the hospital. Anette, the pharmacist I've dealt with on several occasions is amazing, as are every single other staff member I've encountered here (and sadly, I'm here a lot these days so that is saying a lot). So glad to have made the switch from another local pharmacy about 2 years ago.

Two cars are in front of me currently and I've been sitting in the pharmacy drive thru for 30 MINUTES. this happens every time I come here. Going inside is no better. Absolutely ridiculous.

My doctor told me to call Walgreens regarding getting a Covid vaccine. The person on the phone was very rude. Besides this bad experience I would have given a three or four star review but Covid is a very sensitive topic and pharmacy staff should be trained to address this topic politely. Especially since I'm a healthcare worker and it was reasonable for me to be seeking out a vaccine at this time.

Driving up Utica road. Lady is doing 5-10 under the whole time towards van dyke. Break checking me. Flipping me off. So I turn into Walgreens to grab a drink. Who just so happens to cut me off and turn as slowly as humanly possible? The same lady. Blonde with black coat on at the time driving a black suv. Stuck her head out the window yelling and cussing and flipping her finger. I am like 100% sure that she is employed here. So I won't be back. I will tell others not to be back. I've had problems with them in the past, but they just seem to want to hire poor staff.

I really like this store. It is always clean and organized. The pharmacists are helpful and their assistants are too and very friendly. The workers are also friendly and always ready to help! They make going to Walgreens fun!
