It was a great customer service,did not take long for an oil change and they service my car with no appointment . Michael at service was great. Walk me through what needs to be done and also ask me that he recommended to replace the cabin filter. Also, they did not charge me full price because they were running promotion without me asking I thought that was very nice.

We lease all our cars from you for years. Scott is very easy to deal with. I walked in and he pulled everything up showed me the car. Next day I picked car up with absolutely no issues. So easy

Michael is great! He fit me in without an appointment and after I unknowingly scheduled with the VW service department! He patiently answered my many questions and provided instructions to utilize car features I thought didn't work. I appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

Our Salesman Matt Martin put us in a new Envision ST. He was fantastic! Probably the best salesman I have ever had. He wasn’t pushy at all and simply gave us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. He took time with us and was very patient with us as we took a day or two to make the final decision to buy. Thank you Matt.

I took my car in on a Monday I wasn't told or even have it mention that it would take 3 days to look into the problem, I wasn't offered a loan or even asked if I wanted to rent a car. I was offered a ride home thinking it won't be too long before I get my car back, it was'nt until a week later and late in the afternoon did I get by car back. It would have been nice if the service rep Matt has told me you won't have your car back for a week SO I COULD GET A LOANER or at worst rent a car. Not poor communication but BAD needs more training.

I had a great experience at Vyletel. My salesman Domenic was great. He made the experience fun and hassle free. I definitely recommend you see Domenic and give Vyletel a chance over other dealers. The delivery experience was great as Domenic took the time to go over the vehicle with me. Overall it was a great and smooth transaction.

I had my terrain in there and it was for the bolt that held the caliber in place, my vehicle is a 2019 mind you, I just had my truck in there at the end of may for full servicing and that also includes inspection as well. A week ago my caliber bolt pops out and the only people to ever touch my back tires was the dealership. Now on my paperwork it shows everything checked in green but from what they told me that my brake pads and rotors were so bad and I needed new ones lol my thing is if your doing an inspection how don’t you detect any default in the vehicle? All of a sudden I have horrible everything. I requested to speak with the service manager mike I believe his name is and as I’m talking to him, he’s still picking food in his mouth from eating while having a conversation with me. As I’m asking him questions he’s giving me the most dumbest answers as if I’m stupid because I’m a female umm no sir I’ve been working in shops and know a lot about cars. Nothing made sense to me at all. If they did the inspection correctly I wouldn’t have been in this predicament. Him with that food just was disgusting and if I was white I definitely would’ve been treated differently and that’s a fact. No longer doing business at this crooked dealership. The total price for them to do my car was 1,300 2 rotors a set of break pads, caliber. They really lost there mind never again giving my business to them

Every time I go in for a service, everyone at the dealership is very helpful and patient with me. They explain what the service is and go over the invoice with me. My family and I have been coming to this dealership for 3 years now and we will continue to come back!!

Took my Chevy Traverse first to Serra Whelan at 7 in the morning just as they opened. Wanted to get an oil change and tire rotation, as I was heading out to go up north later that day. I did not have an appointment. They told me that I'd have to leave to car and that it would be ready by the end of the day. I left and went to Vyletel instead. I drove in, told them what I wanted, and just under one hour later I left, with mission accomplished. Excellent service!

It’s hard finding a car these days that are sleek AND affordable but Donnie Jr. made it happen for me. He had great customer service, was able to explain everything to me (I know nothing about cars) and found a car in my price range. The turn in of my lease was quick and easy and I was into my new car in less than 30 minutes. My husband was very impressed with how simple the whole transaction was and we have Donnie Jr. to thank for that!

Checking in for service was fast and the attendant was friendly and knowledgeable, even though he said he's only been on the job 3 days! He was able to answer all my questions and the ones he wasn't sure about he was able to find the answers. It was overall a pleasant experience and I was able to make an appointment for a follow-up on another needed service.
