Lesa ROCKS!! You have an amazing, hard working, efficient & kind Representative working in this place! 1st time returning goods for my mom. Didn’t realize I was suppose to secure packages (4) & put the labels on. She kindly offered to do it for me with a line out the door! Since I had the time & APPRECIATE that you are Open on Sunday, I graciously took it home & did it the way it should have been done ✅ Lesa you RULE! Lisa at the 34841 Mound Rd UPS store is always sweet, extremely helpful and goes the extra mile. I pulled up 5 mns before the store closed with a car full of Amazon returns and Lisa took me in with a smile, even though she knew I’d keep her there after the store closed… Can’t thank her enough!
Lisa should have help, she always seems to be so busy when I see her on Sundays. Nevertheless, she’s a star in my book and wish more people working retail would treat customers with half the appreciation Lisa does!

I didn't have a box for shoes I sold, I came here and they charged me $11 for the box and them taping it up. They even charged me $2 to send an email to them with the shipping label and a $1 fee to use a marker! I'll never do that again...
By the way, I didn't even want them to tape it up. I wanted to tape it up myself like I have done at USPS. and USPS doesn't charge me for dumb stuff

I could not be more pleased with my experience here! I had a difficult task that needed to be handled. The manager and Lesa went ABOVE and beyond to make this a positive experience. They really went the extra mile and created such a wonderful experience. Thank you to them for caring and making my problem their own! The customer service here is absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend this location!

My recent experience at the UPS location was baffling. I visited on a Saturday only to be turned away because they claimed to offer only 1 or 2 day shipping options on weekends. $200 for 1 NDA and $100 for 2 day air. I was casually advised to return on Monday for the more reasonable 5-7 day shipping. The absurdity of this response, coupled with the apparent lack of experience from the employee, left me questioning the efficiency and professionalism of this UPS location

They treat me with kindness and respect and handle my tasks quickly and efficiently. Lesa is a superstar at this store and can handle anything you send her way and always with a smile on her face. Great team, great customer service, great store!
