We were over-charged more than $50 for a package. It was a 2 lb package but stated on the receipt it was 42 lbs. My husband (who dropped the package off yesterday) didn’t notice the error until he got home. He went back to the store immediately and the package was re-weighed and determined to be 2 lbs. The clerk said she would leave a note and receipt on the managers desk for him to look at the next morning. The manager, John, did call today. He was polite and helpful. He agreed to refund the first transaction ($88.67) and made a new transaction for the correct amount ($30.79). The new charge has been deducted from my bank but the refund has not been submitted yet at this time.

The service has been going down lately. Amazon returns used to be a very simple process. There’s a lady up there who seems irritated to even be assisting and talks back to customers. It has happened multiple times now and we will change to the Hall Rd office in hopes of better treatment.

Called to ask if they can return misdelivered packages back to sender, and the man on the phone was unwilling to answer questions without being condescending.

I dropped off a package quickly at 355 (they close at 4). I felt so bad but the staff was so nice and welcoming! They did not make me feel bad at all! The two ladies were especially very welcoming and sweet! Really appreciate that type of positive attitude during today’s times ❤️

I shipped an ipad for my son on Feb 10. One week later, only a label was created and UPS never received the package. The employees were not cooperative and refused to help locate it. I went to the UPS center in Madison Heights and they told me that my package was never scanned anywhere outside this store and provided me with receipts documenting this. Going back to them, they had nothing to tell me apart from "file a claim".I don't have a word to describe this awful experience. I would seriously advise anyone to think twice before shipping anything of value through this store. A package lost like this, what an irresponsibility.

I came to this location to ship a pair of shoes. I bought a box from the girl working and she offered to package and ship, come to find out she stole my shoes and shipped an empty box. The store is no help in getting anything resolved. I’ve shipped thousands of items with ups and never had an employee take an item.
