Had them replace our iPad screen. Had issues with the charging after replacement of screen. When I called about the issue they said they didn’t do anything to cause damage to it but they could replace it for $180 …Within a month the screen cracked a few days later woke up to the whole screen shattered. Wouldn’t waste my money doing that again.

Do not take your phone here for a repair. They attempted to fix my screen, battery and charging port, and now it doesn't even turn on. They tried to fix it, but after the second and third attempt, gave me my money back, and as per company policy, gave me a "new phone". The new one says it needs its battery serviced and also struggles with turning on. These people are incompetent and will screw up your device, then Elias, the manager, will argue with you on the status you brought it in at. My device worked better before I put it in his hands.

My old phone wanted a PIN and I didn't remember ever setting one. I wanted the phone reset and a new battery. He tried for a while and said he couldn't get it to factory reset. After all that is when he tells me there is no battery available for my phone anymore. I wish he would have told me that to begin with. Big waste of both of our time.I went home and watched a YouTube video and was able to reset the phone. The battery is bulging. So the phone is still useless.

Amazing customer service!!!Came in with an Xbox that would’ve power on. A gentleman greeted me at the counter and we discussed the issue with my gaming console. He suggested it only needs a power cord. He tested it and confirmed. Sent me on my way no charge!

Took 4 days to fix my Samsung Fold 3, immediately after getting home with it, I open it and hear a crunch. The outside screen is separating from the rest of the phone.Take it back the next morning, it takes them 3 tries and an hour to get the outside screen to set properly.The back glass is now separating from the rest of the phone, I'm taking it back tomorrow morning for that, review will be updated once this is resolved.After the initial repair payment to fix inside and outside screens and back glass, none of the subsequent fixes have cost anything. It's a good repair shop, but I can't give them 5 stars because of how many return trips I've had to make to get the phone fixed properly.

I'm sure they do good work and have great customer service but the last 2 times we went there for Samsung repairs they referred us to the location on Vandyke and 16 mile. ☹️

The customer service was excellent! We needed help and quickly before going out of town and the staff was extremely accommodating. I don't know what we would have done without their expertise!

The young man that took care of us at 6:53, 7 minutes before closing time, was so kind and pleasant to work with. He repaired the phone right then and had us out the door by 7:05. The fact that he didn’t make us wait until the next day was huge. My husbands phone is very important to have for work. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone. This young man’s parents need to be commended on what a great job they did in raising such a fine man!
