What a great place to shop at I went in to see if they could do a repair for me that no one else could do. When I walked in I was greeted by the sales rep behind the counter (Curtis) let me tell you he was so helpful and did my repair for me with in a hour also did a perfect Job. I Highly recommend this place if you looking for a repair or just a gift ? for a Reasonable price.

To whom it may concern, Poor, poor workmanship!! The man does not have a number where you can get a hold of him. My husband and I waste gas every day to see him since there is no other way to get a hold of him!!! I wanted this item before Christmas but it doesn't look like I'll have it by then. i even went as far as writing the man a note and slipped it under his, " always locked up dark store!!" My husband and I stopped by there again to see the note still on the floor!! My husband and I currently have an attorney to check into this matter. Very, very bad experiance for us:( I can't even imagine other customers going through the same thing!! Mr. and Mrs. Peltier

I bought two pieces of silver jewelry here for the Holidays a couple years ago. I thought I left a review but turns out not! This place is fantastic. The jewelry is authentic, and the sales they have bring the prices down. They engraved the bracelet free of charge. I will definitely come here again if I need to.

I have been waiting three weeks for a birthday stone ring to be sized. I have been in once and its not done. Every time I call, I get a fax line instead of a ringing phone. Can you please let me know when my ring will be available for pick up? Someone should be answering the phone or at least allow customers to leave a message so they can get a return call. Did you know you can have your calls forwarded to another phone number for free? Perhaps you should do that so I live person is answering phone. I shouldn't have to drive to the mall to get a status update. Thank you.

When surgery makes me look just like my gf, we'll totally wear twin jewelry. For now, we let the non identical twins Lychee and Boba wear the twin collars and stuff. Fun times. Furry and fun times. So this sleepy little jewelry store seemed like no one had been in it for 5 years. The woman was really nice. The jeweler was cute and Barbie said that if we had more money she would have bought some of it. It wasn't even as expensive as we were expecting it to be, so we're definitely fans and we fully support this little jewelry store. The mall may not be around for much longer judging by how many people are not in it and by the attitudes of a lot of the people who are. But still. Good store.
