We just started at Tutor Time on 14mile but so far the experience has been great! I enjoy being able to see my child on camera from home to check in and so far the communication has been on point. They have very friendly staff and inclusive play and activities for the kids. I like having the updates from home and seeing them participating. I also like that since this has been a new experience for my child, the teachers have been attentive which helps my mama heart along. I would recommend so far.

My son attended this school and lost 2 teeth. The kids are extremely physical at this school and stuff don’t handle the concerns properly.

Wow what a piece of work for a daycare. I almost feel like these people should have put me on their payroll as much as I have tried to assist them with this hell hole they call a childcare facility.I am very shocked this school remains to have 4 stars. When my son first started in August of 2022 I should have knew to run then. Incorrect doing of paperwork, at the time the facility didn’t even have a director managing it. The first director came along and her name was Michelle, honestly they should have just kept Michelle because things were going at least a tad bit okay. When Amber came along I guess she was put in place to make things better but she made things all the WORSE. While Amber has been the director my son has lost 2 teeth. I never received an incident report and I had to call corporate to request a copy. April the corporate manager had the nerves to ask me what was the reasoning for wanting to see the footage. Are you serious April? A few month later now my son is suddenly acting out and doing things no one else has ever heard of. Long story short do not bring your child here. I can’t say too much more since I will be contacting a lawyer but the treatment and discrimination is real! NEVER AGAIN. My son was unenrolled as of 7/28/23 & I never heard staff complain so much about working for 300+ a week per kid. What a lazy, incompetent staff you all have!

I am very disappointed in the care my nephew received at this establishment. It does not seem like safety and structure is priority for the children. As a daycare owner myself, I am disappointed to have witnessed multiple incidents regarding my nephew that were not handled to compliance standards. I would not encourage any parent that stresses education and safety to send your child here.

My Daughter is 7 months & has learned so much within the 4 months of being here. Loves spending time with her teachers & friends. Even though I do wish there was more one on one time with the kids, I’m glad that she enjoys it & it brings a smile to her face every morning when I drop her off!

Would rate zero if I could. If the director named Michelle is still working here, RUN. There are far better daycares. This one has the feature of cameras and that they provide diapers and food for the child. What they don't tellYou is the diapers are paid for by you added to tuition $9 a week regardless of 2, 3 or 5 days per week. We started our daughter April of 2021 at 2 days per week, requesting 3 days when available. Multiple directors told us there was "no room and she was on the waitlist" this turned out to be a lie (we found out from director #3) there is no waitlist and she could have been going 3 days from the start. They lost her ENTIRE file except for the emergency pickup sheet which was supposed to be removed in May as I filled out a new one and removed a person from being able to pick her up. So at any point from may to December this person who I didn't want picking up my child would have been able to because tutor time still had the paper on file and didn't destroy it AS PROMISED. What a safety risk. Nothing but problems with the third director. She made untrue derogatory comments to the staff and I front of the children about me and my daughter because I regularly called her out. The teacher to student ratio was always off. Sometimes 12 toddlers to one teacher and the director wouldn't fill in, she would LEAVE EARLY. Most of the teachers were amazing and unfortunately overworked, and had to see someTraumatizing things so a lot of the teachers left as well, and they would pull teachers from other locations. The food was not nutritious whatsoever and you're not allowed to bring your own food in. Multiple times my daughter was given dairy milk even though she's on the allergy list and was only to be given ripple. Not worth the money and we pulled our daughter fromThis nightmare and enrolled in a faith based actual early education daycare who were appalled to hear what we'd been through with tutor time.

Was told there were two spots open for summer camp and I should set up a tour the next day to secure a spot. At the tour I was told the school was not sure if there were going to be any spots open or not. I would need to wait and they would let me know. I said they should have told me that in the first place and I wouldn't have left work to come in for a tour. A total waste of time.

First, this review is for a specific teacher at this school, her name is Miss Sasha, and my grandson is Tristan Davis. This teacher has the patience of any teacher I have ever met in a pre-school setting,to try to keep children's attention span from going all over the place, she keeps the kids active minds busy and fun. The kids love her, always special hugs for everyone and what I love is her attention to all details with the kids, her learning techniques and the ways they are implemented,I love how she has brought my grandson out of his shell, and how he thrives each day he is with Miss Sasha,he's eager to show us how much he learned on these days. My son and I are so thankful to her for all she does for Tristan and the rest of the kids in her class,Tutor Time, you are lucky to have this special teacher to teach young minds,it's too bad she can not be CLONED. Keep up the great work Miss Sasha and Tutor Time, and a VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS, Kevin and Marie Davis.

My daugther has a speech delay-not only did the school double check they could accommodate her before enrolling, they make a point to tell me when she gains a word at daycare, and are open to any tweaking she needs. They make sure she is comfortable and included. As a military family, I have had to use a lot of daycare providers but this Tutor Time by far is the best we have ever used. Also, Ms. Sasha is the best daycare teacher. She has helped Lillian so much in communicating. She has a special place in my and my daughter's heart

Tutor time really is a great place. The people are so loving and friendly. They have cameras and an app that tells you about their day. Obviously you don't have 1 on 1 care but overall they do such a good job

My 18 month old has severe separation anxiety and I dread leaving her with anyone . I eventually had to get back to work and I picked this facility after touring many others. My child has been attending here for a month now and I could not be more pleased. They're highly attentive & keep you informed about your child all day long . I dont have a single worry while I'm working knowing my child is in good hands. Amber ( the director ) is especially helpful and works well with my situation. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars I would. My daughter is well cared for and has a great time . Also I've noticed shes learning more . Probably from interacting with other children or possibly the staff. Either way my daughter is picking up healthy and new habits.

We have placed all three of our children in their care, since the first one was 3 years old to this date, at 9years old for summer camp. They have worked with us through illness, growth, and social handicaps. They separate ages into DIFFERENT rooms and have a strictly adhered to ratio of children to teachers (varying on age of class). It is bittersweet to watch them grow and move to new classrooms, as teachers become family. They are very patient and loving, even for those children with whom it might be a bit difficult to interact. It is a school and a day**CARE**.

Excellent place to take your kids. I can leave to work knowing they are in good hands. I've been taking my kids through house sitters and other professinal sitting services and this is by far the best. Thanks Tutor Time and the staff at 14 Mile & Vandyke. They have made it very simple for my wife and I.

I love this facility. The staff are amazing. I've always been nervous to send my young children off to a stranger to care for them, but when my 18 month old is happy to arrive and literally runs to her teacher, it's quite obvious that she enjoys being there, the staff enjoys having her there and that she is safe and well cared for. I would highly recommend this facility.
