I had my vehicle taken in for a tune up last year, I had the car inspected on 1/19/24 and the wrong spark plugs were put into my vehicle. Copper plugs were used instead of iridium.

My mom suggested this establishment to me, meanwhile, they were more than likely screwing her left and right.BIG L going to this place. For anything!Took my car in for a pull to the left, and oil change.They told me I had "5-8 small holes in my oil pan" and the oil that had leaked had built up around the motor and created a cake, and that if they were to spray it all off and then try to identify the leaks it would become a real issue and I should just get my oil pan replaced and the rack and pinion as well because all that leaked oil got all over that and ruined it.......lolAs far as the pull to the left.....They "fixed" it, I paid, and I took off down the road. (Not caring about my "leak")Less than a mile......and it's still pulling to the left. I called to let them know I was coming back, and immediately returned...... then, without him even looking at my car, or getting into it.... He assured me that they did their best and there was nothing more that they could do...... WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!!! I will NEVER again go to this establishment and I will direct ANY and EVERY one away from it. Crooks!

At Top Quality Care Auto…I am impressed how the owner works along side the mechanics when checking car diagnostics and I feel safe with any decisions they make for my vehicle repairs.And…For almost two years I have been going to Top Quality Care Auto for my cars oil change, and if needed, filter replacements, and tire rotation.Great job! Top quality?? More like top comedy because this place is a JOKE. They go after the people they think are naive to scam them. They have no shame. It took me a whole two times of being there to realize that they were faking “issues” I had with my car.They set my fuel injector up to make it look like it was leaking and then left my air box filter open so that I would think there was something major going on with my car. Sickening.

Terrible.. oil change full service price went up for no reason. Paying almost 40 for regular oil is non sense and they didn't even fill my windshield wiper fluid all the way that my low windshield fluid light came on the next day. Never going back again. You only going to use this place once and you will know.

I’ve been going here for several years for oil, changes shock and strut replacement, and other issues as well. I have referred many friends here and they also work on their hot rods, replacing new parts or aftermarket add-ons. Happy to have an honest mechanic in my area that can work on my car! They also have the best prices around!
