My kids love going to these places however, this particular park does not seem very clean and my kids did get sick, the last time we went there. Which is to be expected.However, the reason I am giving only 3 stars is ;not enough staff to provide supervision of the children(I don’t feel comfortable, addressing someone else’s child and lets face it , many parents do not supervisor their children or simply can’t at all times ,because they have other children there as well).Trampolines can be very dangerous and when a child that is the size of an adult jumps on the same trampoline as my toddler, it’s not good. Years ago my husband was on my home trampoline with my other child and my son lost his balance and ended up getting a torn ligament in his leg. He was on crutches for weeks. That is why they say you should never have more than one person on a trampoline. someone else can cause another person to lose their balance.Also, another reason I’m giving this place three stars is because they have at least 30% of place under construction, broken , closed and not used. Compared to other trampoline parks, This one is kind of pitiful. My 11 and 13 year-old were bored after 30 minutes.However, you get what you pay for . this is also one of the least expensive trampoline parks. And you’ll see why lol

This place used to be fun, clean, and a safe place for kids & teens to have fun. My daughter was there on Tuesday evening around d 6:15 with her friends. A kid began to harass them saying super inappropriate things. At one point he pushed my daughter back and put his hand on her throat “as a joke”.. A young girl who was working came over and asked if he was bothering them. The same kid then grabbed the chin of the young girl who was working turning her face to his. She then walked away and stood next to a young male coworker. At this point, my daughter and her friend were very uncomfortable and left. When I found out what had happened, I called and left a message for someone in management to call me and sent an email. As of current, I have yet to receive a response. There should be adults present to handle situations like this so that everyone is safe and can have a good time.

Send all that money just for adults to walk up to the kids and cut their wristbands off personally dont think any adults should be touching children that don’t belong to them you would think after paying so much money for a birthday party the wristbands would be unlimited the place is not even complete terrible experience

Spent over $500 on a section for a few hours I don't get why it costs that much definitely was not worth that price.. not only that you'd think after spending this type of money you wouldn't be hounded by teens constantly stopping you mid air asking to see your wrist band seemed kinda prejudice.. didn't see her ask anybody else this..and we were the ones that probably spent the most money that day how ironic..!
