Picked up the phone immediately and scheduled my repair for the next day. Arrived right at the start of estimated time and fixed my garage door spring within 30 minutes. They did try to up sell me on ceramic rollers, but made it my choice, focused on educating me on why they were good, and did non pressure after I declined.
About as smooth of a repair call as you could get.

Chris from Superior Garage Doors arrived at my home and replaced my broken Garage door opener with a new opener,
adjusted my door and made sure all the door parts were in working order for
1/5 th of the cost that I received from Pre___ion Garage Door.
the door works great and is quiet.
I know who to recommend and who to call for future concerns.

5 plus stars! Gary arrived at my house the same day I called Superior for service on my two garage doors. He fixed the first one at a great price. The second door needed an additional part. A year ago or so we contacted this company to come out and fix our insulated garage door (springs I believe) The guy that showed up was upfront and honest, very friendly and overall a hard worker; he had his son with him helping. FFWD to now, we need the opener fixed (still) so we call the company, requested the same person as last time.. and Chris and his son showed up with the same energy! They do great work and got the job done; everything is explained in detail. Would 10/10 recommend!!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Miss Taylor in the office. She was the first to return my phone calls from three companies. She was polite and gave me knowledgeable and correct information and quote over the phone and was able to send me someone the same day. Then she said a technician would call within a half hour of their arrival. And he did.Mr. Gary came out, he was knowledgeable, friendly, and had the job done quickly. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you very much for all your help everyone. No offense; but I hope not to see you again!You all did a wonderful job, and Gary double checked everything else to make sure there was nothing else wrong and it was safe for me to use.
