I accidentally drove to this place, as I meant to type in Starbucks under the search options. I was pleasantly surprised to walk in, and learn so much about the different types of hookah tobacco products that are offered here. The owner is such a sweet young lady. She spent her time really explaining to me the difference between the hookah, even though I am a first time hookah smoker. She explained the benefits between the different types of hookah, and then also taught me how to put it together myself at home. Another customer walked in and she did a great job balancing Both of us, and being very attentive and answering our questions. The prices are very fair and I am now a happy hookah customer. Thank you, Starbuzz!

I’ve been coming here since they opened. The BEST orange heads I won’t go anywhere else. The owner is so sweet and always takes such good care of me and makes me all types of specialty orange heads.

I get all my vapes here because this is the only store I can find my favorite flavors! The owner is awesome and always puts them to the side for me because im about an hour away. Keep up the good work.

Bought a hookah from Starbuzz on 17mile/Ryan in May, which has a twist lock for the stem. Used it only once since purchase. Went to use it for the second time in July, and the locking collar literally came off clean from the glass bowl, just as I went to pick it up. Upon inspection, it was the glue that secures the collar to the bowl which had failed (no cracks). I called the store immediately on. And the store employee told me to bring it in, so I drove to the store immediately. Only for him to tell me he can’t do anything about it and that only the store owner is authorized to deal with such matters. I called the owner, she said bring to it in on Tuesday. I couldn’t come Tuesday but I called everyday since then for a week and I kept getting told, “the owner is not in”. What kind of owner runs a business without an employee authorized to deal with problems such as this?! Clearly this is a questionable business practice to intentionally avoid doing any refunds/exchanges… Anyway, I managed to get hold of the owner yesterday (07/08), after inspecting it she told me there is nothing they can do as they no longer stock this item and it’s been almost 3 months since I purchased it. Frankly, I think this is awful customer service, especially considering I called almost everyday to see if the owner was available for a measly $40 hookah. Only for the owner to turn around and pretty much say, “sorry this isn’t Costco or Sam’s club, you’re SOL, go and buy glue from Home Depot and repair it”, which I thought was an unethical response. Owner should take some classes in learning the meaning of actual customer service is. They could have atleast repaired it for me, but they clearly didn’t want to do that either. Nobody is going to be richer or poorer from replacing a $40 hookah. But rather it’s a customer you potentially gain for life from the service you provide. Disgusting experience from this dishonest and unethical business. From now on, I will actively tell people to avoid this place.
