I needed my struts done on my BMW 328I, and it was very difficult to find parts but these guys went above and beyond found my parts and gave me a great deal. They got it done the same day and the customer service was better than any other place I've been to. I highly recommend the shop for American and import vehicles.

Seems that the MR. Brakes in Michigan outside of Metro Detroit area are possibly the same owner/s. Most likely dame set of rules, which appears to be unprofessional and irresponsible. Dropped off car and employee took car on joyride to Livonia! It appears that the manger Dave possibly gave permission for employees to leave with customers vehicles and get away with it! The car ended up getting Impounded and is damaged be on repair. Three bent rims, the entire exhaust is gone frame is broken after paying almost $600.00 for the repair. Take a look at the pictures

A couple weeks ago my father took his vehicle to Mr. Brake Auto Care at 15100 19 Mile Rd for brakes. I normally fix vehicle the vehicle for my immediate family members when needed as I previously worked as a professional/certified mechanic. I had already checked his brake pads and measured the thickness of the rotors using a micrometer. He needed brake pads and all 4 rotors were within specifications to be machined. I am now employed as a first responder and due to the pandemic my father did not want to burden me with this brake job. He elected to take it to Mr. Brakes after finding a coupon for a brake job. The vehicle was dropped off and a short time later we received a phone call saying all the pads and all 4 rotors needed to be replaced. We declined to have the repairs done and we to pick the vehicle up. The man behind the desk offered an explanation on why the rotors were no good which involved taking measurements and then some kind of math problem to get your final thickness number of the rotors. He also said that the rotors on new vehicles can't be machine because you will have vibration marks. I simply said I disagreed with him and he responded by telling me he has been doing this for 35 years, goes to classes, and he is not some 17 year old kid. I took his comments as an attempt to insult me. Ultimately we left with the vehicle, the rotors were machined(by a honest licensed automotive shop), and pads replaced. The rotors were measured looking for the thinnest area and a band was used on the rotor to prevent vibration. Both are common practice. This place is not professional and lacks integrity....go elsewhere.

Roseville- Sparks--They didn't fix the problem(s).....l regret ever patronizing to this shade tree auto shop, not only was their behavior and lack of mannerism a proper way to do business; their communication skills are well below a business level...the estimate and what they said was fixed; was not, l brought my vehicle right back in (the next business day) and they acted as though I attempting to get something for free, as a business owner myself, I know this matter MUST BE REPORTED... #NOStars

I would not recommend this auto repair company. I asked for a quote to fix my sons car that had just been in an accident, and also commented that if it wasn't worth fixing, that I would also like to know that as well. They quoted to fix only the visible effects of the accident, the rear axle, Rather than quoting the entire car. After 6 days in the shop and the car being "fixed", my son drove the car the next morning; the brake line is broken - making the brakes unable to stop the car, putting my sons life in danger-, the drive shaft is torn and the front suspension is skewed. Had the entire car been quoted as originally asked, then we may have opted to scrap the entire car. Instead, we are out $875 and the car is still not drivable. A very expensive bad mistake.

No issues...repeat customets get discount. My child goes to college out of state and usually needs something done with no notice and they have always accommodated us. They are always nice and get it done at a readonable cost.
