Went there on Friday, the 6th, to get a unit and spoke with Theresa. She is an amazing person with great customer service. If anyone needs a storage unit, I recommend this place.

The on site staff (Theresa) at the Van Dyke location is great! She was very helpful and the unit was clean and ready to go. Getting set up was a very positive experience. I am not a fan of the call center. They are very pushy and sent in a reservation before I even committed to the unit. Language was an issue so I assume the call center is not in the US. Go directly to the site to rent if you want good service!!!

Theresa! went above and beyond with helping my family and I get a bigger storage unit. I brought my kids with me to sign the new lease and she was so kind to my kids despite them running around while she was trying to explain stuff to me! It was awesome customer service. The rates are great here and my things are always kept safe with no concern. Great place !
