My Sleep Number bed has been nothing but a nightmare! In less than 5 years it's had to be serviced 4 times and it's still not fixed correctly! I have to wait weeks at a time for it to be serviced along with the how much money it has cost me! Trying to get through on the phone takes forever and trying their chat line is even worst! It has been frustrating and agonizing trying to get my bed fixed properly. I have major surgery impending and I need to have my bed working correctly! The design of my bed has a very poor design. I bought top of the line and ended up with nothing but headaches!

I’ve had my bed for about 18 months now, over all buying and service was good. The bed itself is just not worth it.
The reviews about it feeling like an air mattress are true and if you’re an active couple, this bed is horrible for sex. I wish I would have returned it when I had the chance I just ordered a new bed elsewhere.

My husband and I went to the Sterling Heights store salesman Bobby answered all of our questions. After waiting a month to get it delivered, we slept on it for 60 days and returned it. This bed is just a glorified air mattress. Don’t waste your money. They charge you $250 to deliver and then they charge you another $250 to return it. They don’t tell you that it’s in fine print.

My wife andI went to the Sleep Number store in Sterling Heights, MI on Hall Road.Sales Rep Bobby was well versed on the Sleep Number bed lineup. He quickly and confidently answered all of our questions. I was able to test the mattresses while he described the features in more detail. He also shared the return policy with us. We are having issues with the Gardner White's return/exchange policies for my wife's new Tempurpedic mattress. Beware! They don't tell you that you HAVE TO BUY their mattress cover at the point of sale to be eligible for a return/exchange and to be eligible for the 10 year warranty. She has a mattress pad already, but was not made aware of that policy, and was told she cannot exchange the mattress even though it was delivered this morning. Sleep Number mattresses can be exchanged after a 60 day break in period. There is a small fee for pickup and removal of the returned/exchanged mattress, but I can use my own mattress pad, if I want, or purchase a new one at their store. Return/exchanges are NOT tied to any accessory purchases!Bobby did not press or bully us into a purchase. Two of my sister's have Sleep Number beds and they love them! I am confident that I will love the Sleep Number bed, and that Bobby will help me through any issues I might have. Excited to get my new Sleep Number bed! Thanks Bobby!

I would give this company zero stars if that were an option. Purchased an i8 sleep number mattress after trying one out at the store and spent almost $4,000. The mattress that was delivered did not feel the same as what we picked. It did not have as much padding and feels like a glorified air mattress. At any sleep number setting it feels too firm and uncomfortable. After four of the worst nights of sleep in my life, I called customer service about returning the unit. Was told they wouldn't process a return until the first 30 days of my 100 night trial were up. Do yourself a favor and buy something else. These beds are a total scam.

Ordered a bed, delivery was a month out. Day of, after taking time off work I get a call an hour after it was supposed to be delivered to state they were missing pieces and need to push delivery out another couple weeks. Called the service number to no avail., but the person I had spoken to #050 was nice and understanding.As I see it there are 2 items that need to be addressed. 1) Communication. Prior to delivery time there was no shortage of texts and emails stating and confirming I would be available and have the space prepped. When the day happened it was not until after I had waited around for someone to show up that I learned they knew in the morning some parts had not arrived making delivery impossible. Which leads me to the next point. 2) Delivery. Why are parts arriving to you the morning of and not the day before to be counted and prepped. I can understand not wanting to stock for months on end. But this sets you up for failure and customer dissatisfaction. (Case in point) any sort of weather delays will cascade all your deliveries and more work on your end to shuffle everything again and again.Edit 1: Nick reached out to me, they found the missing pieces and delivery has been updated to next day. Will edit further once arrived.Edit 2: Bed was delivered next day, delivery crew was very nice and respectful of my home. Did a great job walking me through the entire setup. Changed my rating from initial to reflect this.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming upon entering the store. Randy was extremely helpful and took the time to show us the different types of mattresses and explain each one to us. We will definitely be sending friends and family to the store!

Garbage.. I've had mine since 2020 and the one side of the mattress is deflated down to the base. Called because I have a 15 year warranty and they tell me it's going to be well over $200 for a new air pump, and $119 for a used one and I have to install it. My dad bought the same bed for his house and its doing the same thing. Obviously they make faulty pumps so they can get more money from you after a couple of years and make you do the work to fix it. Wouldn't waste your money with this.
