My experience was extremely successful.
The Associate was totally professional and helpful in fulfilling my request. He was able to resolve my issue immediately and efficiently. I was also impressed with the way he suggested I set up an account so I would be able to do repeat purchases with ease, at any location.

I was having a difficult time with the paint I had purchased to paint a desk. I had purchased the paint at a different paint store. The color wasn't right. The paint my color consultant had suggested to me initially was a Sherwin-Williams, however, I decided to go a cheaper route. Eric Sunday was working when I went into Sherwin-Williams that day. Eric listened to my problem and assisted me with correcting the problem and was very friendly and accomodating. He made my day! The batch he processed for me worked and he gave me a great discount. I was not expecting such service. As a result, I have been back to get the paint to put on my walls and will continue to go to Sherwin-Williams for all my future paint and paint tools.

I went there this morning to buy some paint and they were charging me 70$ a gallon of semi gloss white paint that I usually pay around 40$ The guy named ROBERT told me that my account is not good for some reason and I believed him and I paid for the paint and then I went to another store on Big Beaver Rd and Troy to return the same paint since I was thinking it is overcharged and the guy over there was surprised how much they charged me and he calls the store to see why did they charge me that much and then they told him to sent me back there so they can correct everything. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO THERE TO BUY ANYTHING WHO knows how much people they overcharged THY ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. !!!!!!!!

I was the only customer in the store this time. But that doesn't always happen, however the wait is never long to get the paint mixed up that you want. They can match any color. My parents brought in a Tiffany jewelry box and they were able to match the color perfectly. The paint is more expensive than the Home Depot Behr paint but it is worth the extra money. The paint lasts and holds up. We bought a fixer upper 4 years ago and we have gone through many gallons of paint from this store. The staff are friendly and helpful if you have any questions about the different options and finishes that are available. Bonus if you get your paint when they are having a sale.
