It was my first time going to Serene Beuty and Browz. While waiting my turn I talked with a couple other ladies that have been going there for awhile. They said they come back because it’s the best place they’ve found. It was my first time doing a full face threading, and I was very pleased with the results. I found a special on Groupon, which is what brought me in, but the work from Bijal, is what will bring me back. Bijal did a great job and was very kind and patient while she did the threading.

I explained to the threader that I did not want my eyebrows thin. I just wanted a cleanup and this is the result. Hot mess ?♀️I was so pissed. I will go back again. I will just make sure I go to my normal threader not the one that screwed me up.

This is the worse salon I have even been to in Michigan . The lady was so aggressive and the owner didn’t let me use Groupon voucher !!!!! They are not clean they she didn’t do good job for my eyebrows !

Went to get my eyebrows threaded today by my girl Chloe and as always she hooked me up. She always have my eyebrows looking amazing ? and she's always so honest with me. She's the only one that can even touch my eyebrows cause I don't trust anyone to do the amazing work that she does. She's always so sweet and helpful anytime I come into the shop. I made an appointment with Chloe to get microdermabrasion. That was my first time ever getting that (or any facial). She was so kind and I was relaxed the entire visit. I also ended up getting my eyebrows threaded by her and they look perfect! I will be back regularly for eyebrows and facials now!

I had gone here for quite some time, over 3 years.
I was given attitude for missing an appointment due to being t-boned on my way there after work. Prior to that, I had never missed an appointment, was never late. I even waited for over an hour once because the employee that was due to open that Saturday woke up late.
Constantly getting bounced from one person to the next because employees were always taking 1,2,3 month vacations. This resulted in no consistency with regard to my brows shape and color from one appointment to the next.
After my last appointment I noticed the next morning my brow area was puffy, and slightly red. An emergency visit to my dermatologist that same day determined that something had caused contact dermatitis. The doctor’s opinion was it was due to the conditions, and the lack of cleanliness and care used, when I had my brows done the day before. Thankfully it all subsided after 10 days of applying a prescription ointment. None of this should have happened in the first place!
I knew then I had made the right decision to never go back to Serene Beauty and the best thing I could do was to warn others.
AVOID SERENE BEAUTY & BROWZ!

Raji is a godsend. I have "troubled" skin, but she manages my hair removal without causing additional irritation. Theading, wax, facials, she does it all! She's a licensed aesthetician and very good at what she does.

I always make sure to do my monthly visit with the one and only Raji! She does an incredible job on my eyebrows and has very special skill in matching your brows well to your face as opposed to just cleaning them. I always get compliments on my eyebrows for several weeks after I have had them done. She's the best!

I always go there but today the lady messed up my eyebrows, she took a chunk of my hair from front and now it look so weird, I am going for my vacation in a week and I’m not sure if it’s going to grow back again. She did messed up last time I might not go the same location again

I highly recommend this place! The place was clean and inviting. I got my first Brazilian and it wasn't as bad as I thought it was and didn't take long at all. The ladies were super friendly, informative and made me feel comfortable.There was a minor issue with my appointment that I made over the phone the day before and somehow it was canceled and I didn't know as I had received a confirmation text. I still showed up to my appointment but was told it wasn't in their system but they were still able to get me in the same day a few hours later.I definitely will be coming here for more services. I really appreciate their amazing customer service because they could have easily turned me away but welcomed me with open arms. I won't be going anywhere else.

I scheduled a microdermabrasion appointment, but the experience was quite unpleasant. The woman performing the procedure frequently mentioned feeling unfairly treated, as she lacked experience in microdermabrasion and usually worked on facials. She even expressed reluctance to accept bookings for microdermabrasion.

I bought a Groupon for 3 Micro Needling... The first time I was there for two hours... she use the oil dispenser and steam on my face a collagen mask on there for like 30 minutes with a yellow light and she spent an hour or so on my face alone... I did leave her a 20% tip and I bought some moisturizer from her she makes commission on moisturizer ...The second I time I went in, upgraded to get my chest done as well as my face .. I was there for about 1 hour she did the light for 10 minutes no steam and no oil‘s in that oil dispensary... and the third time I upgraded to get my test done and no steam again, I didn’t bring it up and she said, “ oh you don’t need it!” And I told her that she should be spending at least an hour just on my face and if I upgrade to another area that’s another 30 minutes... I googled it and yeah I was there for one hour exactly she did 10 minutes of the light she only let it numb for 10 minutes you’re supposed to load number 30 minutes she only did 10 minutes on the mask so the first time to roll out the red carpet but then they want to rush and get you out....Service: Skin treatments
