Came to check updated hours and reading all the bad reviews is troublesome. The owner has ALWAYS been kind, respectful, and informative. I've been going to him for over 20 years from purchasing wedding rings to basic jewelry like necklaces and earrings. Won't go anywhere else! Go for yourself and make your own judgement.

It is beyond understanding and comprehension on what and how this place is in business. Any customer with self respect and with the right mind would not ever go buy anything from this despicable store. They contain the worst ever possible attitude. They should be treat everyone with a smile and great attitude, but they sit there and act like they are doing the customers a favor. The only reason this place is still in business because all the new comers Chaldeans that come from abroad, because they do not know any better and where else to go. It is a huge shame on our society how are we letting these people be in business.

Totally worst customer service. One star is too much for this place ,the owner is disrespectful and don’t answer your questions right and even make fun of you and say stupid comments .You don’t on what basis they sell gold only say we sell it by piece.Doesn’t recommend this store at all.

its not a shame to ask what's the different between 21 and 22 but it's shame when your answer is a lie . fraudand about your policy I did not see a sign saying no returns( not recommended )
