The girl that took my info was just rude and kept rolling her eyes and side eyeing me. I asked her how long it would take to fix my 2 tires and she rolled her eyes and told me “umm idk like couple hours” and didnt specify how many hours. I came in at around 11:00 and its 12:30 right now and they still havent started on my car. I have class at 2:00 pm and im going to miss my class. I called them on the phone and they told me it wouldn’t take long. Never coming back here again.

Service is good Kevin W. Was great and helpful. Computers are awful getting my lifetime oil changes can be a task. Chris was very unhelpful and rude. Even with an 830am appointment still waited over an hour to be helped, walk-in helped before appointments

Called to confirm if car was available, and yes it was i then made appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was probably there an hour early .After I waited on the salesman to finish up with another customer we sat down at his desk the whole time I am thinking this guy, was not very friendly, so he looked at computer then proceeded to tell me that they sold the car. Thank you Shawn. This all took place in less than 2 hours and I had driven 49 miles to get there.

Made an appointment for 11:00 am. My car still has not moved and it's 12:12. Why have appointments available and also ask if you're waiting or dropping g off if the times are not accurate

I wish i could give 0 stars. I found out that they do not top off other fluids during oil changes (that’s fine). I came in with a leaking valve stem. I told my advisor that i can hear and see the leak and that it bubbles up when wet. MEANING THERE IS A LEAK. He proceeds to tell me that the rims just need to be cleaned. I addressed to him my concern that cleaning a hole will not fix air from coming out, but he insisted. I under stand they have to take the tires off for this but FOUR HOURS TO WAIT FIR MY RIMS TO BE CLEAN WHEN ITS NOT FIXING THE LEAK!? That is common sense that a 16 year old can figure out. I then had to come back with my leaky valve stem again. I showed the video of the leak and they replaced the stem for free. The guy did apologize for not fixing it in the first place. Unfortunately, the valve stem is STILL leaking. No telling the cause of fault for why it’s still leaking but i am absolutely fed up with their services. I woudl think the dealership i bought my car from would be best but i guess not. we bought all new tires from them and everything. VERY disappointed.Services: Oil change

Had an oil change appointment at 11am. Didn’t get looked at until about 11:20. While three women were just standing around talking paying no attention to the customers. Car didn’t get back until at least 11:45. What is the point of an appointment time?!? Still waiting 2 hours later, for an oil change! Will not be coming back. Ford should have a better place for its customers to get service for their vehicles.

Got an oil change and my winter tires on today later discovered all my lug nuts except the wheel lock were finger tight on driver side back tire after fixing the issue luckily I had tools on hand examining the other tires a loose nut on the other three I imagine from not double checking after tightening the technician's name was David KowalskiI'm leaving three stars because I usually have no issues used multiple timesServices: Tires

I usually take my wife and daughter's vehicles here to be serviced over the last couple years normally had relatively good experiences , but the last couple times I've had services done I can really tell by the way the workers talk to each other and customers in this establishment customers seem as though they are a burden to them. my last service I watched the young boy in front of the window work on my wifes car and did not seem to take pride or care of the vehicle.. I am retired so i dont get around much but after i got home i just had to go over everything and make sure things were done . Apperently the glove box was all messed up after they pulled the filters out even though I just had them changed 10,000 miles ago and i inspected it prior to getting the oil changed and it was fine .the air filter box was damaged and not installed correctly. While I was waiting in the lobby and they were pulling fluids out of my car and I swear I saw the person working on it mix them and somehow even though my fluids were changed 20,000 miles ago less than 1 year the advisor is telling me they are bad again? To top it all off my driveway had a huge oil spot the next morning which I had to clean. I also took the vehicle to another place which tested some of my fluids and was told they were great and didnt need changed. Im really thinking these people are trying to sell services that are not necessary or even not needed. Definitely taking my business elsewhere...

Last experience was in June for an oil change. They seemed reluctant to use my FordPass points that I paid for to get my truck certified. The service advisor failed to inform me of failed inspection until I was checking out. Normally places ask if I want additional work done the moment they find out. Advisor said that rear differential oil is black and needs changing immediately. The diff inspection item was changed from green to red, making me distrust his explanation. Checking the internet, Ford recommends changing the oil by 150k miles under normal use, my truck had 64k. If the truck carries heavy payloads, that number is lower. I had my truck certified by Suburban Ford. Huge red flag is how can this fail an inspection after just being certified 2k miles earlier?I ended up taking my truck to a place I trust and have taken many vehicles for years. They inspected the differentials and oil was in great condition. The fact that this place lies to their customers make me refuse to take any vehicle to them. Talking to my parents yesterday, I found that this Quicklane also tried to pull the same thing on them.Use caution when visiting this place. If they recommended service, get a second opinion.

Very good customer service. They have a very large lobby with great spacing between seating. They even have a basketball hoop in there as well. While I didn't use it, it was good to see there something else to do while you wait.

Review #405 August 31, 2022 What a speedy and efficient production line at Quick Lane Auto Service Center for my 2020 Ford Escape SUV. (Custom Built Sept 2020 and Delivered to Me from Kentucky on October. 22, 2020, Desert Gold. My SUV was serviced for its 1st oil change and tire rotation on 11/9/2021...Thank You Jordan Watson, Advisor at check in. Then 2nd for a minor part recall that was also given attention in less than an hour by David Lulewicz, Advisor so again Thank You! My 3rd service appointment was for a nail in my back right tire which was a two day call ahead to get in Quick for the removal and service check. Thank goodness it was small and no damage to my tire and no replacement needed. I'm glad to have signed up for the Ford tire protection plan when I leased my SUV back in October 2020. It's a great option package and is worth the feature especially for Michigan Roads. Appointments are needed for timing purposes with friendly service attention. After completion a customer as myself is highly satisfied! There's always a Hello greeting at check in, then the easy paperwork. A porter will cover my steering wheel plus seat and floor with a plastic shield to prevent grease or oil from the service tech's hands. Free Car Wash is also given when vehicle service is completed. Nice ! I posted photos on how clean and well maintained the customer service lobby and waiting room is as well. Free Water and Coffee and TV viewing. "Note: OPEN SATURDAYS for your convenience 8:00AM - 2:00PM " Thank You Suburban Ford Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center for taking care of My Little Ross! :-) SpecialK - Karen N.
