The trainer is almost impossible to schedule, when I asked for the location of certain equipment they almost never knew. The hours are extremely inconvenient for what they are. It just seems like none of the employees want to be there and have no interest in helping the customer.

First: shoutout to the staff for being nice and courteous. Jacy, the trainer, is kind, experienced, and has an amazing positivity that puts you at ease and is very encouraging.
The gym is clean with so many options for equipment and weights.
Great job for the staff in this location.

I wouldn’t recommend going here, the lady upfront is the biggest Karen ever. I have a black card and a guest with me, we just came to workout like we always do. She denied us 2 times, first because of my crocs then because the minors parent had to bring a WHOLE BIRTH CERTIFICATE to the gym… who in their right mind is going to think to bring their son’s birth certificate to the gym. Dad was willing to sign to but she decided to be a Karen and not believe that the father wasn’t the guardian. Then we asked for a manager and she said she was the only one working and she wanted to have an attitude saying “we can argue about this all day, I don’t care.” I said are you really going to do all this, we just want to workout. I despise people like this. I came all the way from NJ too. We walked out and she gave us a sassy wave.

I’ve never been so accosted by an employee than the overweight white lady that forced me to leave twice (once for not having shoes, and only crocs on - this is understandable - and the second time after I returned with shoes, to ask for the birth certificate of my underage son to verify I’m his father). Never heard of such a silly thing where a gym that I have a membership at already and which I asked for a day pass for my son, to further require proof that he is my son via birth certificate. Biggest Karen I’ve ever met.

Just wanted to appreciate the night staff. Man, that one guy at the front desk wearing glasses w the skin tone black was incredible. Some random new york guys came in yelling something about a chopped cheese on a roll and it was disturbing my workout. He did a great service to our #PLANETFITNESSCOMMUNITY and deserves an award. Those guys were so weird they kept yelling edgeforever before they left.

Trey the night time worker is very rude?he caused a very chaotic scene infront of my guest from New York#choppedcheeseonaroll and I feel like he discriminated my friend in #judgementfreezone. He made some very smart comment about my membership after I told him I drove 30 mins to come work out. After this experince TREY make me want to #EDGEFOREVER #theockyway ?

Very rude night time staff especially one guy who’s always on his phone, never answers questions and just stares at you or nodes his head. Seems like everyone at night who’s at the front desk hates their job! Will never be coming back to this location at all!!!!

I really only come here because it's cheap and I don't have a home gym setup (yet).
Had a surreal experience at this location a couple years back where someone pretending to be from corporate called the front desk, they handed me the phone for a "survey" and began harassing me about my refusal to use the women's restroom.
I KNOW that sounds made up (and I wouldn't believe it either) but regardless of your personal politics the situation was quite hostile and has soured me on this company since.
But hey, at least I got a free energy drink for my trouble.
