Helium balloons didn’t even hold for 24 hours. Almost 20 bucks and couldn’t even get a full day out of them.

I just really want to shout out the manager who drove all the way to our home in New Baltimore to personally deliver our balloons after the uber driver bailed. I was so grateful for his excellent service and really wanting to make sure our party was great! So incredibly thankful for him (literally) going the extra mile. I forget his name (Brian maybe?) but I could thank him a million times! THANK YOU!

This store always has helpful staff members, who are patient and hard working. I came in early to pick up my balloons and they weren’t done yet-but they got them done for me so speedy quick. I know I was early but they were so nice about it and so polite and apologized for my wait which was no trouble. Very large selection of decor for Fortnite theme party, so I’m thankful for that.

I would prefer to patronize a local small business in the future that can provide quicker service, as I do not wish to wait one hour to have three small balloons filled.
