I took my $500 dress to dry clean it and they discoloured my dress by the armpits which I never sweat to have stains under the arms and when I took the dress back to show them they didn’t care they didn’t even apologize they are rude and careless stay away from them if you have expensive clothes to dry clean. The owner didn’t even come out to apologize will never go back to this cleaner I will call the Better Businesses Bearue on this business

I’ve brought my clothes here for years. Sabrina at the front is always nice and helpful but I didn’t get a pair of jeans back when I picked up my clothes and the owner said nothing about it and didn’t even try to help. I wouldn’t bring my clothes here again.

The people you interact with at the front counter are rude & arrogant. They could care less about the customer. It's all about the money to them. I haven't spent one dime with them in years. Never will again. Would rather drive 20 miles than bring something to them

Brang in work jacket had stains ,and had an odor, picked up jacket stains still there plus the odor to me i don't even think they did anything, not happy will not go back there

Do not come here!!!! Not only do they do a terrible job but they are very rude and unprofessional. When I told them about damage caused to my clothes they yelled and said they can’t do anything. I will never go here again and i urge you to do the same! There are others more deserving of your business who are genuine and respectful.

I had my suit dry cleaned for stains, they did a good removing it. I went home and two days later I open it the suit from the plastic wrapping, and noticed that the bottom button on the suit was destroyed, half of it is missing.. horrible! My event is two hours away.

Don’t use this place if you value your clothes!We had about 18 men’s shirts brought in for cleaning.Three of the shirts (all brand name clothing ie Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein etc) were returned to us not cleaned because they claimed we brought them in with light SPOTS on them. They said they did not touch them.Fact is, they did clean them and messed up with some kind of cleaning solution. We brought them in with dirty collars, which were clean when they showed these to me.When I asked if they pay for the damaged shirts they insisted they know nothing about the damage and that we brought the shirts as shown.I am very upset about their non professional attitude and lies.

I've been using this cleaners since my family moved to sterling heights nearly 20 years ago. I've since moved away but I still go out of my way to come back to this cleaners. They never disappoint. If I have a stain that I'm concerned about I will point it out in advance. They always try to remove it but can't guarantee it (understandable). I take pants, dresses, men's suits, my king size comforter, blouses, kids clothes for cleaning and laundering and haven't had any issues. Highly recommend.
