Poor service I wanted full set and didn't do the color that I wanted to do on my nails also they file the nail too rough and my hands were in pain the entire 2 weeks my parents also hated their service. Would never recommend this at all

These nails are only one week old! They were a refill that I got charged 60 bucks for which I don’t know in what world did we start paying that much for a refill, But with that I didn’t complain although the set before this one that I went to refill was two weeks old and two of my nails were off already. Their work has been awful and it’s all about the money. Never going back! Pathetic

Worst nail salon in michigan. The guy who did my nails painted them 6 times and then didn't let them dry between layers. I was on the dryer for 30 minutes and they still were like putty

This nail salon reeks with acrylic or/and chemicals as soon as you hit the entrance To protect your Lungs,You would need to wear an N95 mask or a respirator just to safely sit in this place…Seriously‼️

I tried to keep giving this place a chance but they disappoint every time now. IF I can even get seated, my polish doesn't last after 2 days and sometimes my nails are lumpy. The past few times i've come in, i've waited for 30-40 minutes or so just to see them seat people that came in after me. I know people make appointments, but there's no way that every single time, EVERYONE one that comes after me have appointments. EVERY TIME. I'm tired of waiting without being given an estimated time or even greeted at all. I'm tired of them seating you and starting on you just to hold you, then walk off and continue to work on someone else. Then you're FORCED to wait bc your nails are already filed. This hasn't happened to me personally but i've seen it. I'm not going to keep wasting my time here. Even if I made appointments, that doesn't help with the quality. Prices are inconsistent. I'll get the same thing done two weeks in a row with two different prices. Plus they dont do designs anymore, only ombré and French tip. Im bored with the limited options here. I'm just over this whole place! Idk what they need to do but they need improvement. It sucks because i've been loyal to them since I first started getting my nails done, and they KNOW who I am when I walk in, but this is just getting disrespectful. It's sad.

Loved how fast they were able to do a basic pedicure and gel manicure that included removing old gel polish. Staff was very friendly and my nails look great, the technician got as close to the cuticle as possible so I'll be able to wear these for a long time. I was in a rush so they did a great job on both mani and pedi in an hour.

all the nail techs that work here are extremely sweet and do such amazing nails! the other afternoon i was getting a fill and out of no where i felt extremely nauseous and like i was going to pass out. i told the lady doing my nails and she was so kind to me and asked if i wanted her to go to the bathroom with me. one of the other ladies brought me water and hershey kisses. my best friend dropped me off food and they let me eat it in there and finished my nails for me and didn’t make me feel bad at all! they even offered me to rest in one of the pedicure chairs for a while until i felt better. they all kept checking on me while i was there and also asked if i felt okay enough to drive. they are all extremely kind and they always do such beautiful nails. i’ve never ever had a bad experience here. amazing customer service!

Tina does really good pedicures but I have to be honest the utensils they use are so dirty. They don’t wash them at all. They use the same utensils on everyone without disinfecting or anything. I was going to my other girl in Fairlane mall and never got an infection/ fungus came here. And instantly a week later I notice toe fungus. And I’ve never had one in my life. I’m also a licensed nail tech. It’s my fault because I was going somewhere and really needed my feet done. But it’s ok I learned I won’t be coming here anymore. Please be safe especially if your diabetic or anything. This is ridiculous. So I cleaned with soap and peroxide, put nail fungus treatment under my toe nail and I put some tee tree lavender and rosemary with rosehip oil on the top of my toe nail as we all know those are anti fungal. I’ll be ok! This will heal. But you guys need to do better and I should call the state board on you all. You are dirty ! Will be posting my pic of my fungus toenail here as wellService: Pedicure

Front desk could be nicer, I usually only see my Tech Lemon and my nails alway last. Just hard when I can't see him because the service isn't the same I still happily drive 30 miles to come here because they still do the best job of any salon I've been too.

I would like to start out by saying that I have went to this nail salon for both my eyebrows and nails for years. Over the past couple months I've been noticing a change where my shellac would be chipping a couple days after getting my nails done then I experience problems with the acrylic nails lifting. Of course every time I went in they said I needed new nails. I got a new set put on four weeks ago in the past four weeks I've had three nails come completely off of my hands this is my second time going up there just had my nails done five days ago. They had such an attitude with me then tried to charge me for a third time for a repair because they said it was a different person who fixed it then the lady who had done them the last time. I explained to the lady at the front desk that this is ridiculous I've been coming there for years and they know I've had nothing but problems the past couple of months and I've paid for each and every time and I'm tired of it now I can't even go more than four or five days before I have to come back from either their shellac peeling the sides of my acrylic chipping off or the acrylic just simply coming off the entire nail. I said that wasn't fair that you chose to have somebody else fix my nail and now you're charging me for a third time to have it repaired. She had an attitude and said something and I pretty much told her don't worry I'll never be back. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! I don't know if they're changing products to go cheaper but it's definitely affecting the quality of service that you receive. not to mention today they were going to charge me for repair that they didn't even do my nail the same shape as the rest of my nails! I am so disappointed!
