I would have given them 5 stars but upon arrival to get my mom's windshield done, I request a quote online. I gave them all the info, name, number, VIN, etc. I was given a quote of 175$ out the door. I called to confirm price & appointment time as told to do in the email. When my mother arrived to get it done, she was told it would be 150$ more because of something that came with her windshield. Due to her being 40 minutes from home she got it done anyways. Once done & left, she had to return days later because her washer fluid hose was pinched from the service & had to be fixed by them. When she told them about the price issue, they simply told her it was a miscommunication & sorry. They offered nothing more. After not honoring THEIR quote & not doing anything for both inconveniences, that's why they get 1 star from me. Gotta be better to your customers.

Mr. Windshield is a clear example of “you get what you pay for.” They offered a quote that was $100 less than other local window repair shops, which should have raised some concerns. When I made my appointment, I gave them my Jeep's VIN, but when I arrived, they had ordered the wrong window. They were able to schedule me for the correct window the same day, which wasn’t a big deal. However, I later received a call saying that the replacement window had a chip in it, so they set me up for installation the next day. After the installation, I noticed that the new window had a completely different tint than the rest of my windows—a red/purple color. I certainly didn’t expect the replacement to be such a different color. When I called to address this, the person I spoke with said they could refund my money and reinstall the original cracked window back into my car??? It would have been helpful if they had informed me that the tint might not match; if I had known, I wouldn’t have chosen to use this company. As a result, I ended up paying an extra $120 to get the right color window installed. I can understand slight variations in tint, but a red/purple color is just unacceptable. When I asked to speak with the manager, he admitted he was the one that installed the window and noticed the color looked off after the job was completed, but didn’t investigate any further. In summary, the customer service and quality at Mr. Windshield are lacking. I would recommend looking elsewhere for window repairs.

Went with a tuff windshield leak on my 25year old f150 they took the windshield out repaired the body seem were it was leaking,put in a new windshield all in about one hour. Great job, Nice people, comfortable waiting room. Very pleased

Got recommended by Jim Riehl’s friendly where I purchased my car from to come to get my windshield fixed at this location when I arrive I got here early. They took my car back immediately. I didn’t even wait before hour and a half. My windshield looks great and customer service was wonderful. The price was absolutely reasonable. I will be back and I will recommend this place to family and friends!

Remember you get what you pay for.
I had an appointment with another company and someone recommended this place.
So I called and took my car in for a chipped windshield.
When they told me they fixed it. I went out to look at it before I paid. It looked the same.
I said something to the receptionist and she said that’s how it’s supposed to be you signed this piece of paper. She was very rude about it. There was nothing they could do about it.
I paid them and was very upset.
I wasted my money.
I showed a friend of mine who works for a collision shop and they said if they supposedly fixed it shouldn’t be there.
I will be paying for it to be fixed again at the original shop I hired to do it.

Almost a year after getting a new windshield I had a small leak. Took it to Mr Windshield and they stood behind their work. Had it all fixed within 30 minutes. Even gave me some tips for taking better care of my car. Great service!
