Went twice the first time with a family member and the second time with a friend, both times had a bad experience but I thought I would give them a try a second time but they were worst then the first. Just FYI stay away from this boutique…the people that own and run the boutique are pushy, very rude and not likable at all. They ask you how much do you want to spend on a dress, then they tell the person that’s trying the dress your friends cannot help you with zipping up your dress, that the owners mother will zip up the dress which means do not touch the dress and god forbid if you look at your phone, they assume you’re taking pictures of a dress. I would never go back nor will advise anyone family, friend or otherwise to go in there let alone purchase anything from them…..if I can give them -0 for how dry, rude, inhospitable, unfriendly business people they are that’s exactly what they deserve.

Paul is the best , everytime we come he has been extremely helpful , knowledgeable and elegant way he chooses his dresses in store , make sure you come to Mona Lisa you will never be disappointed

I don’t recommend this place at all. I was trying a dress i wanted to buy and he tells me he already sold it to someone else in the store. Very rude and disrespectful. I will never go back.

I’ve worn two dresses from Paul and man…they were beyond amazing. 3 of my family members got dresses from him as well. I am not kidding when I say people were astonished by our dresses at the wedding. They exceeded our expectations. Aside from that, Paul treated us like family. He’s become a friend now, and I can’t thank him enough for making all of us feel special. Also, his mom is a sweetheart.

Mona Lisa is hands down the best boutique in town!! I’ve been coming to Paul for 10 years and I’ve never been disappointed! His gowns are gorgeous which makes it hard to choose a dress. He knows exactly what I’m looking for! He treats you like family and will make sure you’re happy!

I am absolutely furious with the treatment my fiancée received at this disgraceful excuse for a store! My fiancée was doing nothing more than browsing for the perfect wedding dress, and what does she get in return? A heaping pile of disrespect and aggression!The so-called "salesperson" in this establishment decided it was a good idea to get all up in her face, practically shoving the dress down her throat and insisting that she had to buy it. Can you believe the audacity? To make matters worse, this sleazy individual resorted to outright lying and fabricating stories to manipulate my fiancée into making a purchase. That's not how you run a respectable business, that's how you run a scam!And if that wasn't enough, as they were leaving the store, this repugnant salesperson had the nerve to wish harm upon us! Can you even fathom the level of unprofessionalism here? This place is a disgrace, and I wouldn't wish the kind of treatment we endured on my worst enemy.I urge everyone to steer clear of this abhorrent establishment, unless you enjoy being disrespected, manipulated, and cursed at. We'll be taking our business elsewhere, somewhere that knows how to treat customers with even a modicum of decency. This place should be shut down immediately!

Beautiful dresses! The quality was amazing, Great customer service, they were professional and very hospitable. They truly went above and beyond to help us find the perfect wedding dress and to make sure we loved it!
